We frequently visit Karad for business, and almost every two months, we choose to stay at Hotel Fern. This time, we stayed for three nights, and on our last evening, we were greeted with a delightful surprise when we entered our room. The room decor was beautifully done, and our bed and table were adorned with charming towel art created by Abhi, Siya, and Harshal. Surprises like these always brighten our day, and this small yet thoughtful gesture made our stay even more special. The hotel itself is very nice, with polite staff who consistently provide service with a smile. The food is also good, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable every time. Looking forward to our next stay!

When I entered the room it was Beautifully decorated with flowers roses and lilies, especially towel decoration. It was warming. Thank you so much for such efforts to Chaitali. It was quite a surprise and overwhelming. Room was clean and neat. Food is okay.

Good ambiance with good facilities Restaurant is having amazing food & quality with variety of foods. Room is also very good having mountain facing view through window. Property is well equipped with garden & fitness centre which makes this property all round No.1 in karad

I had the best, comfortable stay and dining experience at this hotel. Lies on the route from Mumbai/Pune to Goa/Bengaluru, this hotel is a fantastic place to stay. Whether be its food, staff, atmosphere and facilities, it’s an excellent one. The staffs are helpful and very responsive, food is extremely good (hats off to hotel chefs and cooks), facilities like gym, swimming pool, has 2 big lawns and convention centre built for events & conferences, festivals and weddings are all maintained. There are 2 types of rooms - 2 suite rooms and rest Winter Green rooms. The rooms have modern and clean aesthetics. The hotel serves amazing multi-cuisine food varieties. Dining at its in-house restaurant called River side for lunch and breakfast buffets was like a dawat. I also had an amazing delectable dinner by the pool which on request the hotel organised it so amazingly, it was a candle lit romantic set up. Loved eating Pan cakes, chicken and fish varieties, dosa and idlis, biryani and brownie. Also its in-room services are too good and quick. I would definitely recommend to stay here or if you are on this route, you must stop by here for staycation.

Hotel management is very bad, all staf is arrogant speech, electricity, manpower, no any single point of contact...very bad experience in Event.food quality also not good test ,let delivery in room service, Room extension no reply,very vert bad
