В принципе если не забывать, что Вы в Орле известным совей провинциальностью, то жить можно. Да некоторый неудобства присутствуют, но 2-3 дня переночевать сойдёт. Самое критичное считаю практически отсутствие парковки опять же и это в Орле, где про эвакуаторы не слышали ввиду обилия свободного места.
