It was the best hotel in our trip. Everything at the hotel is perfect. I hope that we return to this hotel! The restaurant is the best in the region.

Cratus stone palace was one of the best hotels which I would recommend to every one visiting Cappadocia. The hotel was very clean , the reception staffs were all very helpful , trustworthy and friendly.The view from the hotel was mesmerising and the food menu was awesome as well.Our room was very well-maintained and came with all the amenities. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and we were very satisfied by the extraordinary customer service.The staff helped us even in booking all activities at affordable rates.As this hotel is located in the city, all the activities were located nearby.We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book the same in future as it was our best stay till date. Thank you entire caratus team, you deserve great success!

Amazing. Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, clean neat rooms. The breakfast is outstanding and the view on the rooftop for the hot air balloons was great! Also it’s centrally located so you can walk to amazing restaurants in the area. 10/10 recommend!

Stayed at Cratus Suite - nice balcony and had a balloon view. Luxury hotel with nice big bathroom. Breakfast is rich. Tried dinner also - nice selection of wines is a plus. Location is a big plus also. Would definitely recommend it and stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this amazing accommodation. Especially the great location and view from the rooftop terrace, the breakfast and the style of the rooms was a reason for us to recommend the hotel. Staff also very welcoming and friendly. Also the restaurant is a must do, fabulous cuisine for a fair price. The only con was the air condition which didn’t work as it should in room 101.

酒店前台非常友善，協助我們計劃行程，幫我們訂熱氣球，還monitor價格到合理水平才幫我們買。早上在天台能看到滿天熱氣球的景色，很適合拍照。房間寬敞，土耳其式早餐豐富好吃，非常舒適的體驗！

這個酒店不大，就在機場大巴車站附近，不用爬高上低，比較方便，房間不大，簡簡單單，早餐比較豐盛，早上到頂樓可以看到熱氣球，房費800多還可以，第二天漲到了980，但是同程同一天房價衹需要800多，攜程的價錢水份太大

すごく清潔なホテルで水まわりも綺麗で良かったです。 アメニティやドライヤーなど必要なものはひと通り揃っていて、ありがたかったです。 朝食はカッパドキアの景色を眺めながら、すごく豪華で食べきれないくらいでした。 高いところが苦手なので、ホテルからバルーンを見ましたが、すごく近くまでバルーンが来ていて迫力がありました。
