All the staff were very friendly and helpful especially the receptionist She upgraded me to a great room with a view which I really enjoyed. The view from the rooftop was amazing and the breakfast was good. and also Mr.Sadi, he was very friendly and helpful he helped me to click a wonderful pictures and video too .

Traveler’s Cave Hotel is located at the highest point of Goreme Town. Very nice place to enjoy hot balloon view. The dogs in the hotel (Ginger and Latte) are very cute and friendly. The front desk speaks Chinese. The breakfast has so many options. Overall amazing experience.

Staff was great. They had a breakfast that was filling. The main thing I want to tell you is that I booked a balloon trip online. It was 3 times more expensive than booking through the hotel. Even just random ballon bookings discovered through walking the streets, were actually much cheaper to book and around 100 euros. So with that being said, stay here and they will assist in booking the balloon flight for you. Also know the ballon ride pickup is at 4 am. The hotel was very big and had many areas to relax. The view from this hotel was great for seeing the balloons too. The walk into town from the hotel is long walk, and down hill. We left after checkout to explore, and stored our luggage. We took a taxi back. I believe it was Rose taxi. The taxi company was also great and accommodating. Took us to get luggage, and then to mall. And picked us up and took us to airport. So all in all, it was a great stay that started with this hotel.

The room was a bit small and dark but it was alright. The view and the area was perfect. We came during the new year and the fireworks was amazingly spectacular and they also gave us some sweet little treats(cupcakes and keychains) which was quite thoughtful of them. The breakfast was super great, would love to come back just for it. We booked the Turkish dinner night with them at 40euro, which was cheaper then from some online sites.

Very nice hotel and good service. Right in the center!!! Great customer service. The cave room keeps cool and the breakfast was good! I loved it! They did everything we asked for! There was a girl at the breakfast buffet that was the sweetest thing alive!!!

The hotel is very cosy and with a beautiful landscaping. It’s close to everything and with amazing views to the fairy chimneys and balloons. The room is beautiful and very well decorated. The breakfast options and the lunch/dinner are great. The staff are very nice. The only down thing was the dirtiness and bad smell from the cats and dogs on the cushions outside because of that we could just sit down for a quick photo instead of relax and enjoy the views.

The reception was very helpful and nice. The room was so good. We really love it!! The fireplace in the room make it so real, like we were really living in cave! I love the good moments in here. thank you! And it really easy when we can order the cinese food through receptionist.

Views from the Hotel restaurant were incredible, fantastic breakfast with lots of options. Very kind and helpful reception who helps to arrange day trips and airport transport with ease. Room was very clean, huge bathroom.

The welcoming was very good. The staff was friendly and they even helped with the bags because the room was on the bottom and there are a lot of stairs to get to the top… I struggled a bit to get my laundry that was handed in. They were supposed to return it at 5pm the latest, and by 8pm I had to go ask in person by walking all the way to the top, after numerous calls to reception. The guy working in reception when handing in the keys and getting ready for the airport was not friendly. (Also the same guy who said to wait the whole time for the laundry). It’s as if everything was too much trouble for him. He was also supposed to give breakfast to us leaving early morning for the airport, but he never did - although it was arranged and paid for in the reservation deal. Overall a good stay as the room was clean, private, big and very beautiful. Unfortunately it was too hot at night and I had to sleep with the windows and door open because the water heater could not switch off, even though I asked the, (not friendly) receptionist to assist. He only said turn the knob to the left but it didn’t do anything. I would recommend the hotel 100%, just the receptionist taking over from the welcoming receptionists would make me think twice before staying there again.

Good location,Breakfast had many varieties and delicious. Had many props for taking photo on the roof top.

The hotel located at the highest point in Goreme, so the view is stunning and you can see the balloons much better. stuff is very helpful. hotel areas and room are designed till the smallest part. after our stay for 3 nights, i left with a filling that i have made the right choice choosing this hotel. so defiantly suggest!!!

Amazing hotel. Definitely will book again in my next trip. The room is very spacious and beautiful. The stuff is helpful and friendly. The terrace has beautiful view. The breakfast was good, enough choice of dishes (Turkish breakfast). Everything was perfect 10/10!!

Traveller cave hotel was amazing. The host were super friendly and helpful. That they offered to picked us up from town (a few mins drive) when our taxi dropped us at the wrong place. The views of Cappadocia this place has to offer was impeccable.
