It was the breakfast that I was most impressed with! Truly authentic Turkish breakfast that I could not find at the restaurants. Unfortunately they do not do lunch and dinner as this would have been the perfect spot! Chef Nermin was an amazing host!

Very nice accommodation at the Kapata Stone House with great views from the terrace and delicious breakfast prepared by the chef Nermin. Only 12 minutes walk from Goreme which was great! Also lots of activities offered - could not recommend the Balloon tour and ATV’s enough!

Everything was great. The place has a great rooftop to see the balloons in the morning. The breakfast was very delicious and Nermin was super friendly and helpful. Also everyone at the reception was very kind and helpful. Savas helped us booking some tours and it was great.

Amazing property, perfect location for hot air balloon view in the morning from the terrace which itself is very uniquely designed. The staff were very hospitable. The property is Located centrally. Breakfast was a proper layout. Will definitely recommend.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the hot air balloon launch site, and you can even see the balloons from your room window in the morning. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the Turkish breakfast was fantastic, with a new selection of fresh, baked goodies every day. A special thanks to Mrs. Nermin—she made us feel right at home. It was a wonderful experience in Cappadocia!

We stayed here for three nights as a family of four in a two-bedroom suite. We had a wonderful experience: the staff was always friendly and responsive and didn’t try to push their activities on us, the breakfasts made by Nermin and her team were outstanding, and the suite was very comfortable with AC. We speak some Turkish so the staff were always happy to be obliging and speak to us in Turkish, but I heard the reception staff speaking fluent English to other guests. We would come back here in a heartbeat!

Katapa was a new and beautiful hotel, close into town without having the business of the streets Rooms are very clean and the bathroom was beautiful!! all rooms have heating and cooling too which is amazing Breakfast was fresh each morning & the chef Namin is very friendly and generous, having breakfast on the rooftop was so nice to look out every morning Would stay again

Great hotel, breakfast was amazing and the breakfast chefs the best! All other staff lovely and helpful with booking activities. Great location, 5-10 minute walk into town. Comfortable beds, very clean and great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

This place is a marvellous little gem providing spectacular views of the morning Hot Air Balloon take off. We had a cosy family room, sleeping 4 of us. Authentically decorated and sweet. Airconditioned and with comfortable beds. The breakfast, though, deserves special mention ... some beautifully home prepared local jams and marmelades, fruits, vegetables, tapenades, traditional Turkish pastries and cheeses. The ladies (including a tradional Turkish granny ☺️), are welcoming and are keen to provide you with all you could need. A lovely breakfast and a lovely stay. Would highly recommend!
