Spacious clean room, comfortable stay. The hotel is located near the railway station. Food was good with reasonable rates.

Gondia is a small town. It is one of the best in town. The hospitality is very good and the staff is very supportive.

Overall experience of stay was mixed. We were provided with cozy, neat and comfortable room stay with spacious plush interiors however the hotel staff was very unprofessional, they couldn't handle customer grievances or needs properly. Hotel check out time was informed at reception at 12 pm and next day morning during checkout they called and informed us that 3rd party bookings checkout is 10 am,

This was one of my best stay in gondia and one must choose if want to stay in the city. The stay was comfortable and the staff were cooperative.
