Prestige Hotel and Aquapark - All Inclusive

I stayed at this hotel from Monday until Thursday, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Parking: the biggest issue. I arrived on Monday at 3 PM and left on Thursday at 9 AM, so my car was actually parked for 2 full days. However, I was charged for 4 days of parking (100 BGN), which is completely unfair. On top of that, when I arrived, I was told that the hotel parking was full and was sent to leave my car 1 km away. I was promised a shuttle service to reach my car anytime I needed, but on the day of departure, despite having paid the full parking fee, I was rudely told to walk there on foot. Room: dirty and poorly maintained. I left the “clean the room” sign on the door, but the cleaning staff only removed the sign and never actually cleaned the room. Hotel and organization: very crowded. The internal rules regarding meal shifts (by floor) are not respected, creating chaos. Elevators are overcrowded and insufficient. The only positive point: the food, which was good and varied. Overall, the service was far below expectations. The way the parking staff and cleaning staff behaved was unacceptable. I will definitely not return and I do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel îs clean , service and food very good. Unfortunately the state of the rooms are not as good…we found some bathroom appliances with rust and worst of all was a broken shelf in the bathroom with which I injured myself very badly cutting my finger.

A nice waterpark. But they are not organised. No info outside that children have to be 140 cm to ride alone. some slides they ride home they cant here. They told us that all was opend but 25% was closed. Overall it was ok but i could be better. But in the end after we talk to the boss the boys could go alone this time. And we told them that info outside would be great so the guests know before they pay entrance. The food took forever to get in and the toilets was 10 min walk to get to. The entrance fee was good 10€ for 15+ and 5€ for children. The children had a good time and we also enjoyed som slides.

I specifically choose this hotel for its swimming pools with waterslides for a week long vacation with our 7 years old daughter and I was overall satisfied. She really enjoyed those facilities and also the game room along with the outdoor playground. This hotel is mainly catering for all-inclusive, to Ukrainian, Romanian and few others locals guests. The food and drinks part could be better in terms of quality, variety. Additionally, considering also that being a 300 rooms hotel, it does get pretty chaotic during meal times. In theory there was some sort of seating arrangement but it wasn't enforced, at least during our stay. On the positive side, we had a pretty specious corner room with a little balcony, although not on the sea front side. The hotel is well located, albeit not on the first line, you can in fact reach the beach and center of Golden Sands within 3 min walk. No issues with noise too and all the staff members we encountered were friendly. Ultimately and given the fact that we had booked 3 months prior the stay therefore getting a very good deal, I would recommend this place, as long you don't keep your culinary expectations too high.

No free parking. Is 19 leva/day. The food is OK but not for 4 stars. The rooms is clean. Is a 32mp.room. Cleaning room is in every day. I have one free bottle of watter per person/day. No sea view, only pool view. Is a family hotel. The room have a AC conditioner. The room door is open with a card. Don't lose your card to access the room.

We stayed there last week in august,first week I September as a family of five, 2 adults 17 year old 13, 12 year old. Food was good we didn’t eat out once. Lots of meat options available. Drinks ok but could of been better. Facilities at the hotel where good had everything you need the kids loved the games room and indoor pool. Location wise it’s fab only a quick walk down to shops and beach. Negative points: not any other English and the entertainment wasn’t the best. We were also unlucky with the weather. Overall good holiday
