Hotel Sunrise Golden Sands

I really like the hotel i like the food the rooms and the personal specially the animators Ilko,Bobi,Gabi,Mimi,Viki They really made my vacation do much better that’s not gonna be the same without them I really recommend the hotel it’s so good and the place too

Mimi and all her animation team make quite an atmosphere here, they re so friendly and fun, amazing people!!!!!!!!!!!!I truly recommend this place.!!!!!!¡!!!!They are the best!!!!!! Clean rooms, tasteful food. 10/10 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also a plus, close to the beach. The ambiance was special, my favourite part being the animators: Mimi, Mia, Ilco, Bobi and Gabi. They made our holiday 10× better.

I really enjoyed my holiday here, because I had so many facilities, the beach was close, the food was good, the staff from the restaurant and the bar was polite, the view from the terace was so nice, and also the animators (Mia, Mimi, Gabi, Bobi and Ilco) made the difference due to the fact that they organised activities and shows every day, and more than that, they were so bubbly, friendly and gave off good energy. I recommend this hotel for fun and relax.

Awful, awful stay. First of all, in terms of cleanliness, this hotel is a joke. We have been there for a week and not once has the cleaning staff made our bed or change our towels. We had to go to the reception and ask them to do that every single day. I understand not changing towels daily because of ecological reasons (trying to save water etc.), but not once in seven days? Old furniture, dirty floors, dirty walls. Shower hasn't been cleaned, toilet hasn't been cleaned. The whole thing was a mess. Now when it comes to the food, the only edible thing was probably the chicken, the fries and the watermelon. That is all we could touch while we stayed there. Ended up going out to eat every day, which is not ideal after paying for an All Inclusive hotel. Quality and taste of the food was awful, don't even get me started on variety which was non existent. One of my friends also caught a stomach virus in the first two days. We probably only came into the hotel to sleep, other than that we chose to go to different beaches and pools and eat at restaurants. That wouldn't have been an issue if we chose a hotel with Accommodation only, but we picked this one especially because of its All Inclusive service. A huge waste of money and time! Go anywhere else, but here.

This Hotel is great! I like this hotel, its close to the beach. The pools are nice and the animation is active for young and old people. Viki and Mia are good animators, their entertaining is on point like the whole animation team. You have different pools for the example the kids. You can see the sea from the pool.
