Stone Wood Nature Resort, Gokarna

Excellent resort. May be difficult for people with knee problems as there are several steps to climb up and down.Is a resort,hence a little away from the city.Otherwise,rooms,staff ,food and ambience is superb. The outside view of the resort is great.

We had a great stay. Very nice and enriching feeling. Absolute bliss with nature and tranquility. Had wonderful hospitality and attentive service by all helping staffs. Restaurant was best available in gokarna serving lip smacking delicacy. A must try is their Mackerel masala fry cooked South Indian style and their chicken pastas. All in all a excellent choice for holidaying.... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED💕💕💕

Excellent experience at this beautiful nature's oasis hidden in Gokarna. Beautiful ambiance and top notch service by the staffs. A elaborate guidance provided on checkin about where abouts by team at reception was a great help. Delicious food and heartiest service by staffs. It was a memorable experience in totality and most cherished by my family members. We throughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it high. Thanks team for your warm hospitality.....!!!!!

The amenities in the resort and in the room are quite satisfactory. The rooms are well maintained and connected with nature from all sides. The swimming pool even though small is quite OK .The restaurant and food are quite tasty and decent. The illumination in restaurant could have been brighter. We would certainly want to mention about the restaurant staff Mr.Suhas who was very enthusiastic to serve us promptly and friendly. A special thanks to room boy Rahul who was always smiling to help the guests. The adventure activities was another big attraction in the resort. Children were able to enjoy the different activities .A special thanks to Adventure Manoj and team who was helping the children to perform the activities under safe environment. Manoj and team were very enthusiastic, helpful and cheering the kids to perform the adventure activities better. Overall our stay at Stone wood was very memorable and comfortable.

I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of August. What a pleasant surprise it was. They have really utilized the forest very well indeed. The rooms are spacious, food is awesome - we went for the Breakfast and Dinner package, since we knew Gokarna does not have too many options. And they did went out of their way, the quality of food, quantity, everything was fantastic. The staff was extremely hospitable - the front manager Suraj, Udaye in the restaurant, the staff serving us, the room service and housekeeping - everything was good. One thing they can improve on is the approach road, which is not a cemented or paved road, but a muddy, uneven, slope down. The parking can also be made a paved one. And the pool could have been bigger and slightly deeper. Excellent for family but caution to elderly people as they have lots of stairs to climb. Rest is JUST PERFECT

An absolutely delightful resort and fantastic experience. We were looking for a perfect getaway at gokarna after checking all we zeroed to this resort. Our decision was bang on as we landed there and it was dazzling with greenary and water fall. Mystic fog and silence. Service and hospitality was sincere and crisp. Rooms are cozy comfortable basic and clean. Delicious food and no frill and well defined timing and service. They don't serve liquor but not bad as shops available around. Closely located to all beaches though we choose to stay mostly indoors. Their highlight was the pool right in front of our room. Over all immensely happy and sure enough to repeat my stay again to this beautiful 😍😍😍😍 paradise amidst the nature.
