Premier Inn Glasgow Pacific Quay

Hotel was pleasant but the charges for the car park is plain & simple obscene and not necessary after you pay a lot of money to stay overnight!!!

Had a great stay here, was a queue to check in but you expect that in a busy hotel, we were lucky enough to eat in the restaurant, food was lovely and service was just brilliant , thank you to Helen for giving us the romantic corner hahaha and then to top it off with her singing KT turnstile, she had the whole area in stitches with the banter. The other young man with blonde hair was also very nice, think his name was Nathan. Anyway they both know how to lift the spirits in a restaurant

Waited 20 minutes to check in, then one of the lifts was out of order so had to wait another 10 minutes to access room on 3rd floor

Was seeing a concert with the Hubby so we decided to make a night of it with dinner, drinking and stay over. Hotel is right across the river from the OVO. It's warm, it's comfy and inviting. Staff are always spot on. They love to join in the banter. Beds are comfy, as always.

First time staying here for our visit to Ovo, hotel is modern & clean, very comfortable bed with basic essentials included. Staff are helpful & friendly. Was a great stay! Definitely booking again.

It served its purpose of a stop off between carrying on our journey. We paid extra for the premier plus room and I probably wouldn’t bother in future. The windows were a slither in the corner of room and the wifi was a paid extra as was the parking.

Perfect location if you are attending the SECC & other hotels for conferences. Room was very clean but I never noticed that if you require your room to be cleaned, you need to tell the receptionist.

We had an amazing sleep but dinner on Friday was well below par, but from Satuday morning to Sunday morning the food was amazing and the staff were amazing Saturday and Sunday, Michelle Danielle and Abbey were totally fantastic. I would definitely use the hotel again

I’ve never been so embarrassed in all my life. We were there at a world event and on arriving at the hotel this scruffball of a man approached us at the door to say we could not take our battery pack into the building to charge for fire regulation. He then had the audacity to pull his phone out and show me a video of an explosion with a lithium battery I tried my hardest to explain that mine and others were not lithium but he was having none of it. He then followed us over to the girl at reception who was helpful by the way and had a go at her which I found rude. She did not know what to say, she was embarrassed. The rest of the staff were great especially breakfast team.
