Easy checkin. Staff were professional and friendly.  Room was quiet, bed comfortable and clean.

Very basic hotel with little amenities. Quite affordable. Mattresses need to be replaced urgently

Facilities were excellent. Clean. Lovely towels. Good TV. Comfortable climate. Quiet. Easy, courteous check-in. Delicious breakfast. Convenient to tune airport shuttle bus. An excellent alternative to staying at the airport hotels when one’s departure flight is not too early.

房間比想象中要好，乾淨，有浴缸，對於疲憊的我來説，晚上能泡澡是一種享受。 但有個印象深刻的問題，攜程提供的地址與在地圖中直接打開的定位是不一致的，我用的是複製地址在谷歌打開後導航的，結果是二個方向，走了一段冤枉路，這個一定要改過來啊。

比較滿意的一次住宿，關鍵去思克萊德大學學校是方便，出行也方便

Bed was really comfortable and really looking at buying the mattress from silent night. I wasn't a fan of the food but there is plenty of places around for different tastes and it is a short walk to the train station and a short ride to Edinburgh

Comfortable, casual and homely. Extraordinary value for the location, takes minutes to get anywhere in town. Stayed in 314, spacious room, very little noise from outside, good shower. Very clean which was important. Breakfast restaurant good, not exactly Michelin starred but plenty to get you going. Just a generally great, simple stay.

Glad I gave this hotel a second chance after an underwhelming previous stay. The cost was the biggest factor in trying again, it's really great value for its location. Check in was smooth using the self service machine. Room 321 is spacious, clean and comfortable with a great bath. It's at the back of the hotel so very quiet overnight. This was the ideal base for a one night break.

Stay here every year and the hotel is always clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. We booked the breakfast in advance and we were not disappointed, a great selection and plenty to go at. Would highly recommend here if you are visiting Glasgow.

The smell in the bedroom was horrendous, like a cat had sprayed in it. No ventilation. Unable to open windows. Staff changed room for us, but the 2nd room had a strong smell of dampness. Not pleasant at all! Staff member said "we don't smell it anymore, we get used to the smells"

Automative check in,very impersonal, we had a problem checking in and had to go looking for a staff member to help. When we found out we were on the 6th floor, I told the staff member my wife doesn't do lifts, he basically shrugged and said that's the room you were allocated. Food was very poor. Nice room but 6th floor and as i say, my wife doesn't do lifts, which made things difficult.

Stayed for two nights to attend wedding in registry office across the street. Reviews had looked a bit mixed so pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The first noticeable thing was self service check ins. Staff around to help if needed. Public areas seemed recently refurbished and modern. Allocated a large quiet room with a bath (makes a premier inn stay!) towards the rear of the building. Had a breakfast one morning and it was very nice. Very central location for Glasgow . We parked in the Duke street car park about 5 minutes away rather than the car park linked across the street at £6 per 24 hours instead of around £15 per day. Only negative was when we come back to our room each night the temperature was up at 27 degrees and melted!

For a big hotel, this Premier Inn is immaculately kept in both public areas and the room. The Night Light in the bathroom is a particularly useful innovation. I liked the fact that if you're in the room for more than one night you know that they won't service it unless you ask them to. All staff that dealt with me were helpful and courteous.
