Slightly disappointing. It’s really gutting that they don’t have a check in desk. When someone’s had a long travel - especially if they’re a solo traveller- it’s really nice to have a check in desk and a warm welcome. I didn’t get that. There was one member of staff who was super lovely (a young ginger lass), but everyone else seemed bothered by being asked for help. The guy asked me my surname around 5 times when I came for breakfast and he just said ‘there’s a key over there’ when I asked about the luggage store room. There was no key- I needed a staff member to open it for me, so that was weird. I didn’t want to ask him for help anymore and went back to the ginger lass to ask her to open it for me. As well as the customer service being very hands off and disappointing, the breakfast was, too. No decent coffees and teas, and even though I told the dark haired guy (above) I was having a veggie full English, he didn’t tell me I’d need to tell them before I wanted to eat it. So when I went to get my hot meal, it was all meat. I had to eat my mushrooms and tomatoes while they cooked the veggie sausage and bacon- and then when it came out, it was uncooked. I wouldn’t go again
