Hotel room was quite clean and fresh. Hotel doesn’t provide any onsite parking however they do provide 50% discount on the nearby city council parking fee. The receptionist was kind enough to explained about this in detail. Happy with the hotel services for the price paid. Not to forget you have almost everything at 10mins walking distance due to the excellent location of the hotel.

Jolanta, Gosia and Pavo. Thank you for making my stay lovely! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt right at home. As it was my first time in Scotland, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and friendly, with plenty of helpful tips on things to do nearby. Throughout my stay, every staff member I interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. Pavo, thanks for the light hearted jokes. Going the extra mile and bringing my food to my door. 🌟 Jolanta, thanks for hunting for brown sauce for me. 🌟 Gosia, thanks for finding which room I was in and remembering better than me 😂 thanks also for opening my room door whilst I juggled my belongings. 🌟 The hotel itself was lovely—clean, comfortable, and in a great location—but it was the people that truly made my stay special. I left feeling like I had been visiting friends rather than just staying at a hotel. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will absolutely be back on my next trip to Scotland!

We never slept a wink due to a dog whining all night in the next guest room. A nightmare. Staff were pleasant and hotel is ok. We have stayed in numerous other travelodge and never endured this problem.

In Glasgow for concert, which was only a 20 minute walk away, hotel is close to the main shopping areas, room was clean, bed and pillows very comfy, perfect for my needs

On Friday 14th February I came to stay at the hotel, we checked in to be told our room had been upgraded to a family room on the 7th floor we are pensioners on our own we didn’t need a massive room with 5 beds and no windows? Next we go to get a lift we get in the lift with a man my husband is standing at a different angle from me but when I look I see the man is carrying a knife I panicked so much that something was away to happen probably the scariest moment of my life the way he held it was inappropriate but he got out at the 4th floor he didn’t do anything to us but the fear I felt I’ve never been so terrified in my life. I’ve spoke with the hotel who have basically said he’s been staying there long term and is a nice man and what do they want to be the outcome?? Is this really the best and most safest answer because I’m pretty sure if the story was shared people may think twice of staying there in the future I for one definitely won’t be back! Surely you should have a policy that no person should be walking about carrying any form of knife whether it be a bread knife it doesn’t matter the hotel should have policy’s in place because this could have had a very different outcome. The response from the hotel was I am sorry you are not satisfied with the behavior from other guest's. I can confirm no issue's with the customer came about from them having the knife. I will pass your email on to the hotel fir review. Again we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused during your stay. We do hope this doesn’t deter you from staying with us again and we hope to welcome you again soon. If you value any kind of safety I would stay away from here never once did they mention changing their policies to make sure this doesn’t happen again! Absolutely disgusting avoid this place at all costs

The baths are way to short in length for anyone over 5ft 8, which is a shame.. The heating is a bit warm, turn it down if you can. No plug sockets next to the bed for phone charging. Lots of noise from ****** outside.. Cigarette smoke in the corridor. I though people were joking about this, but they weren't.. The room and bed itself are okay. And TV, but not much for those that don't like tea or coffee, no biscuits. Breakfast was okay, loved the mushrooms. But not replenished frequently, so couldn't go back for more, good job I went down early as I wouldn't have got any mushrooms or breakfast at all.
