Disappointed to stay in this hotel
the room is not as good as i expected into the bathroom there are ordinary shops (lifeboy) available, sampoo pouch worth 02rs, no dental paste and brush, sleepers are not provided, really a waste of money

Good. They upgraded my room, thanks for that. Good location, great staff at reception nice breakfast bathroom flush did not work properly. Staff must learn to knock before entering

Bad experience room was average food was very bad. Room service was not given. Tv not working. Exhaust fan was not working

I had booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. One of the the rooms had issue of smell and they acknowledged and changed to another room. Both rooms were different though had booked deluxe rooms. The smaller room had few issues with bathroom fittings. But overall the room and bathroom were clean and room service was also prompt. Food was okay but good breakfast options were provided each day. Overall a nice stay in the town.

We booked 2 rooms for 1 day during Navratri. Hotel was completely empty and staff behaviour was also very unprofesional. We booked 2 AC deluxe room but they provided only 1 deluxe and 1 standard room. AC was not working., even the cyling fan was also not working. 12 midnight there was no power supply, when we called at reception nobody picked up the call. No option at all at the breakfast. Actually overall worse experience.

Decent hotel for a short stay. Went with family and enjoyed the stay. Food is ok but the options are a lot. Limited options in breakfast. Staff is courteous and took care of everything. Prompt service except for food which generally took a little more than expected time. It's in center of market with decent parking space. Overall it's good. Go for it.
