Woods at Sasan

I was visiting the property second time due to its exceptional service but I was disappointed this time as the food and the service was not good at all I booked a villa and they don’t even serve any complimentary food in the evening not even fruits plus for in room dining with my order they sent salad without salt n pepper so it was not my value for money stay at all Would not prefer to visit again any more

The villa was outstanding,the food and the breakfast were superb,and can’t express more,the staff was awesome, the swimming pool was clean and the staff near reception was superb for the golf cart service then a Lott have lot to express …..

The experience was as expected due to the high prices & good reviews. We stayed in the woods for 2 nights & it was a great experience. Staff across all departments are excellent. The property & rooms were nice & clean. Only improvement I can suggest is to have "fans near pool bar" & also need a indoor/outdoor kids play area. they have enough space to built it. The safari experience was amazing as well. The woods guide Akash is excellent with his services. He was always happy to assist for anything. I was also impressed with Asif, the butler who took care for our food. The other staff members like Sherwin & others were great too.

This was an amazing place we enjoy a lot in pool the food was some and service was amazing .We had amazing stay with family.We spotted lion and lioness both at Safari.Pottery experience at property was amazing.Food was delicious.Staff were humble and very accommodating.

We were very happy with the property. Food was good, the rooms were good and hospitality is exceptional. Overall very good experience. Silent dinner was a wonderful experience ***** with full moon mediatiaion. All the hotel staff were very warm and very helpful.

I visited Woods with my husband and 2 little kids (4 years & 2 years) and this was one of the most beautiful experiences we ever had in such a long time. It was relaxing & rejuvenating. I would like to special mention - Ms. Mamta - she has superb hospitality skills. Her infectious smile & warm behavior makes everyone around comfortable. Mr. Asif - the one who manages the complete kitchen served us lip smacking cuisine. If you visit this property, you have to try their - Spaghettis (Red Sauce), Paneer Tikka Masala, Gulab Jamuns (The best on this earth), Jalebis, fafdas, and the list goes on. A special mention to Mr. Ankit who clicked our some superb pictures on the pool from his Mango Bar. A further special mention to Ms. Ruth who takes care of the Terracota Restaurant. She is such a sweet girl who takes great care of your meals. And a further further special mention to Mr. Natha Bhai who gave me great pottery lessons & helped me in making some stunning pots, cups, glasses. Also, not to forget their superb buggy services & their staff who help you to travel this gigantic 8 acre property. Overall, team at Woods take great care of yours and the stunning views, lush greenery, swimming pool experience, food makes it my 1st preference for stay at Gir. Thanks again for a memorable stay & experience.
