The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Hotel is further away from city then we expected and while its easy to get to local stations during the day, in the evening its quite difficult to return to hotel. If youre fan of shopping there are plenty of outlets in the area so its perfect for that. Breakfast was decent, room didnt have much and reception is not very responsive but all in all we enjoyed it. We wouldn’t book it in the future tho.

The laundry service is really convenient. it is close to the outlets for the shoppers. People are nice but not very helpful to be honest. The location of the hotel is not quite convenient for transportation, not even to take a taxi. You need to pay for using the pool and using a sunbathing chair is charged sparetly🤨. The reception personel don't speak fluent English which in my opinion should improve.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. She explained everything we needed to know and made sure we had all the information needed. The best part was the pool, fell so inlove with the view.

Location was good, however the room they assigned me to was not that good. smell was bad and the loo's door was not 100%.

Great stay at Seoul! The building is very new and staff all really friendly.

Nice hotel near gimpo airport 30 min car drive to hongdae , nice staff, supermarket in lobby with marina bay
