Oh dear. I drove past this "hotel" twice before realising to my horror it's behind white semi commercial/industrial fencing sandwiched between the autoroute and other business park/retail park establishments. I ought to mention it's built underneath the main power lines for good measure. If I'd been told it's where the construction teams for the olympics were temporarily housed (and that they'd left their foreman to design it on a the tightest budget, I'd believe you) ...although I suspect the truth is somewhat different. To add insult to injury, there were neither bath plugs or sink plugs in evidence and the shower appeared to be more suitable for washing down the entire bathroom floor rather than redirecting the flow onto to unfortunate paying guest. It wasn't possible to adjust the shower head, so I resorted to jamming a paper cup behind the shower to keep at least some water headed my way. The rooms have brutalist faux concrete elements to them, adding to the brutalist architectural style. To top it all, it's necessary to cue for breakfast, canteen/prison style in a line due to the restricted counter, so don't think of meeting at 7am (and being 5 minutes late) because the other 8 people, also meeting at 7am will be dithering over what to eat, in a VERY frustrating start to the day. Avoid room 213. It reminded me of camping, but costing over 150 Euro !
