Front staff is not the most courteous they need to work on it. The general manager is a great manager though. If you need help please contact him.

ボトルウォーターが2本サービスで良かったです。
朝食が乏しかく毎日同じ食事で飽きました。
毎日の清掃は綺麗でした。

The lotions, soap, and conditioner smell like lemon cream frosting on vanilla cake or a pie. A great choice for a summer smell for sunny Arizona weather. I’ve stayed at other Hilton’s and this one is more casual, which was helpful for what I was looking for in my stay!

During my digital check in; I chose a room on the second floor however they gave me a first room floor. I was fine with that. When my family and I got to the room, there was a live cockroach in the shower! Not only that, the shower was filthy with hair on the ground and fingerprints on the handle. Absolutely disgusting

Great staff and location. Unique and comfortable design that feels like a European hotel. Unique room setup that works well. Pool table in lobby! Great simple hot breakfast. Close to some great restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for one night. The checkin was easy and friendly. Hotel lobby is nice. Coffee available all day but no dairy free milk alternatives available. Room was Hailey clean but there was hair in the bed sheets so I asked to have it changed. The A/C is super loud, I couldn’t sleep. But when I turned it off the room got super hot quickly. So don’t expect to sleep much. The bed is also very uncomfortable even for a TRU. Location is great, lots of shops and restaurants.

Arrived at room in early evening to neighbor tv real loud. Come 2:20 a.m. I couldn't take it any longer, called front desk and nothing happened. In morning I asked about my call and was told "I called the room but got no answer". Asked if he went To the room as you could hear it in the hallway. I was immediately informed a Mgr would call me after I asked what his noise complaint policy was ..if he'd gone to the room and no one was registered it could have been someone left it on! But he couldn't bother to do that Less then 2 hrs sleep I had a 6 hour drive home and still no call from a Mgr.

Its a decent hotel. The room had no closet. Im going through hot flashes so having the AC run all night is important for me.. Unfortunately, the AC kept me up all night . It was if a loud motor car was in the room. So if you are planning on staying at this hotel, especially in the summer, don't stay here. Also, the front desk staff confirmed that its the number 1 complaint from guests. Its not worth the money I paid to stay here. I wish I could get my money back.
