The way in we were both treated last year by the lovely staff we decided to go again this year and we are both so glad we did the moment you walk through the gates to the reception you know your in for a great time greeted by the reception team they will always make settling in a straight forward process breakfast staff always friendly with a smile and hello first thing breakfast is taken in a spacious air conditioned room food lovely lots of options if you want to spend time around the pool great team around to serve you drinks and food the man who does the lifeguarding looks after the pool area immaculately rooms are always cleaned every day new fresh towels soaps etc special mention to the cleaner who took it upon herself to help my girlfriend with luggage upon arrival showed us to our rooms thankyou definitely recommend this hotel and both me and my girlfriend will be going back

This hotel is absolutely lovely! All the staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are cleaned daily and brilliant views of Mount Etna! This is my second year coming to the hotel and il definitely be coming back next year! The pool area is stunning pool cleaned daily and has a nice bar area! 100% recommend this to anybody

This is a lovely hotel! Has a huge pool area and lovely rooms with beautiful views. The lady who works the day shift at the pool bar is wonderful and made our trip so much better! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Lovely hotel, pool and bar are very nice, all staff are lovely, the lady who works the bar in the day is wonderful, as is the lady in the evening but we didn’t spend as much time there in the evening. Overall lovely place.

The resort's location was less than ideal. It was situated on a road, and to get to the nearby town, you had to walk, with no proper path for part of the way. The resort itself appeared decent, but inside our apartment, we encountered several issues: the fridge was broken, the cooker kept tripping the fuses, and one of the hobs wasn’t even usable even when complained about. As there were no restaurants open nearby this was less than ideal for a self catering holiday. When we asked the staff for help regarding excursions, they simply told us to look for options ourselves. They seemed more interested in socializing with each other than assisting guests. Additionally, ants were a problem due to bins not being emptied, both inside the apartments and by the pool. When we brought this up, the response was that "we are a 3-star hotel." The mosquito problem was another major issue—there were so many that sitting outside in the evenings wasn’t possible, and we were all bitten badly. There were no restaurants within walking distance, and although there was a beach nearby, getting there involved walking through an unsafe bushland. Even then, the sea was too rough for swimming. A couple of days the resort was overrun with school children. The children’s play park was also dangerous. It had broken parts and wasn’t anchored down properly, making it unstable and even tipping over with a baby on it. On the positive side, towels were replaced regularly, the ladies at the bar were friendly, the nearby market was great, and the pool was lovely and cleaned daily. It was an awful experience. Coming from a qualified UK-based electrician, it feels like an electrical hazard waiting to happen.

Stayed here for a week, on the whole a nice stay. Positives - Staff & Service excellent, lovely pool area with pool bar that serves good but basic bar food, rooms good, clean & tidy.. ours had a large balcony, good supermarket 7mins walk away Not so good - Place is only couple of miles from the main town area but taxis are expensive, 15euros anywhere in the town, alot for a 2 mile journey. Be prepared for coach loads of teenagers staying here on school trips - the restaurant on site is geared towards them, providing 'school dinner' style buffet only. As long as you are ok with the 2 not so goods, I would recommend a stay here & once again thank the staff, as they were excellent throughout our stay.
