Wonderful hotel. Lives up to the 5 stars. Stayed in villa 26. Special thanks to the two evening bartenders at the lobby bar! Great friendly service. A BIG THANK YOU to Taysir at the front desk. She is a GEM and focused on excellent customer service. We checked in on a very busy day and she was a clear communicator about timing and was good at managing our expectations.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. There was a slight delay during check-in, but it was quickly forgotten thanks to the receptionist, Tayssir. She stayed with us the whole time, and explained the hotel’s amenities. Her smile and professionalism really made a difference. We highly recommend this hotel and thank Tayssir for her warm welcome

Fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect. What a fantastic find in the Desert. A new Hotel that is truly 5 star. The Villas are amazing and very large. Spa and Gym amazing Pool lovely temperature to cool off in 38 degree heat Food Very Good Service impeccable Reception service first class. Lots of activities nearby in Desert

The hotel is great, very gentle staff, nice, large, confortable rooms,Khalid and all the others at the restaurant have plenty of sympathy and attention and we had a great moment at the spa in the hands of Dalel and Ayala in a very relaxing therapy.

I really like the hotel its very clean and brandnew. For the food its better have a larger menu. On my next visit i will come back there ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. Special thanks for the lady tayssir she’s very nice accommodating. I highly recommend the hotel.

We visited the Tunisian south in early June— knowing the extreme heat temperatures our family decided to anchor ourselves at The Ressidence Hotel in Douz and drive to different places from there. The hotel has be amazing to say the least. The villas are gorgeous, the employees are so helpful and friendly, and the hotel facilities are excellent. The spa is very well equipped and offer all services. I had a wonderful experience. Thank you. We arrived around sunset time as a group of 9, 4 children 5 adults (and a 3 year old). The hotel was so gracious in welcoming us, all the kids had a camel ride to the villas and my youngest has just loved been driven all over the grounds in fleet of golf carts ready at the entrance. Our group stayed 4 nights in total our favorite part of the south has been staying at this hotel, for anyone with small kids they made all aspects of the trip fun, exciting and so accommodating— I can not recommend this gem in the desert enough!
