Very small room with no amenities provided. Make sure bring your toothbrush and no kettle, cup too. 15 mins walk to city centre, not bad. But very closed to the rail station and intercity bus station.

Pretty much a basic hotel with bare minimum amenities (just a towel) and nothing else. Located right beside the train station but have to take a bus to the central area

Overall, the room is clean and the receptionists are very helpful.  The only thing that disappointed me was that on the second day when I returned to the room, I found a big dead mosquito with its blood on the floor, and there was also a spot of blood on the sheet next to my pillow, which I am sure that it didn’t exist on the first day when I checked in. I hope the staff can be more attentive to such details when cleaning the room. But overall, I am quite satisfied with the stay and would recommend it.

We had some problems and contacted the reception, asked for support, no help was given even on issues where initiative could be taken, I thought customer satisfaction was important for Ibis Hotel but unfortunately it was not, a complete disappointment.

The location is good and the facility is new, but the room is a bit small for two persons.

Convenient location and quiet room. The food selection of breakfast is not much but the other restaurant for lunch and dinner is quite good.

Excellent location next to main station. Clean and comfortable bed. Brian at front desk was perfect and helped us with left luggage.
