Although the location of the hotel is a bit hard to look for, which took my Uber driver awhile to get there, the hotel itself was great. The things are mostly clean and the bed is comfortable. But the room entrance door is quite different to open and I spent some time opening it. The staffs are nice and willing to help. They could speak English, which is rare in Spain, even in an area that’s far from the central of Madrid. It adds a point to the service bit.

Hotel viejo y sucio, necesita reforma. Ventana del baño rota, bañera horrible, grifos imposible de regular caliente y frío. Era un viaje de pareja pero no nos dieron cama grande, nos dieron dos camas individuales pero una tenía un colchón malísimo, tuvimos que dormir los dos en una cama pequeña. La habitación olía a cerrado y humedad al entrar. Lo único bueno para nosotros fue la localización, parking gratuito a la puerta de la habitación muy cómodo, y la habitación amplia.

An easy to access hotel with onsite parking in Arcos de la Frontera. What more could one want in this old town with a maze of narrow winding streets? It’s an excellent spot for accessing a meander around upper part of town .Staff were very responsive in booking process and are present and very helpful with spot on dining recommendations. The interior courtyard was a comfortable and cool spot to rest and enjoy breakfast. Tidy rooms with simple furnishings, best night sleep in days on the road. Highly recommend!

If you are in transit and just looking for somewhere to put your head down, this is OK, and just OK. Its like a US style out of town motel. The linen was clean. The rooms were tired. The AC didn't work. There is a pool. No where local to eat. I did a 2k walk to the west of the motorway to a place in a residential area. I won't stay there again, I should have just gone through Madrid and stayed in the North.

El personal muy amable, el mobiliario en general muy deteriorado, las paredes y la lámpara con manchas. En general algo descuidado tanto dentro de las habitaciones como fuera. Las sillas de la terraza rotas El complejo en si es bonito y encima con la piscina pero falta una restauración de todo. Y algo q nos gustó mucho el aparcamiento en nuestra misma puerta.

Malo, malísimo. Sucio, descuidado. Las habitaciones tienes terrazas inservibles, mejor no salir, hace años que no se limpian. Los alógenos sueltos, enchufes k no funcionan. Y k decir de la piscina, viejísima y sucisima. Por la noche no hay servicio de recepción, ni nevera en la habitación y ademas la maquina de bebidas vacías, así k con el calentito de Madrid imposible refrescarse. Cogimos una habitación cuádruple y había toallas para dos. No repetiremos seguro. Necesita actualizar, en los 80 seguro k era lo mas xk la disposición de las habitaciones, parking y piscina está genial, pero debería estar prohibido que dejasen k trabajen en estas condiciones y que jueguen con las vacaciones de la gente que cuando llega no espera esas condiciones, x supuesto. Yo también había leído alguna referencia mala, pero no son muy exigente y pensé k no sería para tanto, pero fue peor, así k si lo lees no vayas

Desayuno de 10 y cena de 12 . Es lo único que probamos pero que maravilla. Sin duda si vamos a Madrid volvemos aquí. Super tranquilo, económico y los trabajadores de 12. Nos dieron habitación un jueves 28.03 a las 23h porque nos dejaron tirados EDREAMS para el viernes 29.03 y super bien de verdad os lo recomiendo. Tema de calidades no esta perfecto, es un hotel para ir de paso a dormir y poco mas pero calidad precio, nosotros disfrutamos mucho, es mas llegamos por la noche y lloviendo y al entrar estaba la calefacción :) ESTOS PLATOS POR 13€ DE LOCOS :)
