像其它假日快捷酒店一樣，服務中規中矩，免費停車，周邊就是家樂福超市，還有幾個outlets 購物店。最大的問題是處在交通樞紐旁邊，高速路上車輛噪音很大，酒店旁邊有一條高壓線通過，適合過渡住一晚

糟糕的體驗，預訂時的酒店政策顯示17歲以下小童可以免費入住，結果checkin時以原定房型無法支持小童入住為由強行要求加價換為其他房型。實際根據酒店方預訂單（被我看到），原double房型即使臨時增加一名成人也衹要加30歐，結果換同樣大小size的所謂famliy room要多加60歐!氣憤😡

酒店位置很好 周圍有購物中心和很多種餐飲店.步行可達.周圍很安靜，客房衞生整潔，可以放心住.早餐種類豐富.

Buen hotel para pasar un par de noches y disfrutar de madrid. Muy comodo para aprovechar e ir de compras al estar pegado al centro comercial.
Desayuno bastante completo y personal muy atento y amable.

Hotel muy sencillo, habitaciones pequeñas y cola de espera para el desayuno porque el hotel estaba lleno al ser temporada alta de Navidad. El hotel está en un polígono pero junto a un centro comercial con mucha restauración. Estancia agradable.

El servicio de recepción super amable con nosotros, tuvimos un problema en la reserva y nos ayudo a poder resolverlo, el desayuno bastante bien, nada exagerado pero lo justo para tener una variedad de desayuno,
La ubicación esta cera de un outlet y de un centro comercial muy bien ubicado con muchos restaurantes, también con posibilidad cerca de coger autobús e ir al centro de madrid sin problemas.
