Et historisk hotel med varme kilder, servicepersonalets holdning er meget god, hotellet ligger midt på bjerget, miljøet er smukt, det private bad er meget behageligt, morgenmaden og aftensmaden er lækker

Fremragende service, eksemplarisk organisation. Alt fungerer perfekt. Fantastisk anlæg med en glorværdig historie. Termisk bad inde i rummet. Morgenmad af meget høj kvalitet, som blev serveret med ekstrem professionalisme. Et uforglemmeligt sted. Gratis shuttle service fra togstationen og tilbage.

Awesome ryokan with history! Very convenient to get to the place. The train offers beautiful views of the Hida Valley, mountain rivers and cute villages, this already prepares for a super experience. The purple bus will meet you at the station and take you up the mountain. The ryokan is huge and consists of several buildings. And even if there are many guests in the ryokan, you will get a really calm and peaceful stay. The rooms are in a traditional style, each one is different from the other. The rooms are spacious and very beautiful. The windows open up to views of the mountains, the forest. The ryokan itself is like a labyrinth, you can wander through the corridors and each time find a treasure: private onsens, billiards, a rest room, a viewing site. I took a room with an onsen inside, and I never regretted it. It was wonderful to sit in my own onsen with a view of the mountains and admire the sunset. An unforgettable experience. The public onsen is also great. There is an indoor bath and an outdoor bath with wonderful decoration. The kaiseki dinner is also great. It is brought to your room. It is very tasty, entertaining and exciting. Each dish is elegantly served, served on the most beautiful tableware, which makes it equal to art. I only regretted one thing, that I did not stay longer. This day in the ryokan Yunoshimakan made my trip to Japan unforgettable! Thank you!

Love there and will be back again if have a chance. Reception out from the building to take care when park a car at night. Impress staffs , dinner, onsen, cleanliness, breakfast .. everything at there 🥰

The view is gorgeous! 😍😍 Excellent service 👍🏼👍🏼 Both dinner and breakfast are fine dine to me 😋😋 I love the outdoor onsen!! So cool to have a spa while it’s snowing. The room is traditional Japanese style which is so cool to me and a very good experience

Good services, nice food and osen

The staff welcomed us at the hotel entrance and helped us check in the hotel quickly. The staff was very helpful in explaining the hotel layout and where our meals would take place, and made sure we understood before leaving. The dinner and breakfast service were amazing, the ingredients were very fresh and delicious. Their hotel has an outdoor foot bath with towels provided which I enjoyed immensely. The hotel is very clean and has shuttle service which was convenient since it is on a hill. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Hotel was high up in the hill slope but walkable to Gero Onsen town centre. There was a hiking trail right behind the hotel and was a quite easy walk within an hour.Dinner and breakfast were nice and delicious.

A building with history (from 1930s!) yet maintained really well.  Spacious room with both indoor and outdoor hotspring. Great for driving. Hotel also offer shuttle bus to train station.  Good breakfast and dinner, especially their tea and coffee.  Lots of facilities from public bath, table tennis to billiard.

Everything was perfect - from the glorious Mountain View from the hot spring bath inside our room to hearty Japanese breakfasts. The hotel building and the gardens were beautiful and the stuff very thoughtful and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel and beautiful Onsen. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Great location in Gero and can see mountain view from open air onsen.
