Harmony Boutique Resort - Adults Only

We stayed for a week at this hotel. It was beyond our expectations. It is 1 of 3 hotels in the resort. This is adult only. You have the use of all 3 hotels facilities. The Harmony was brilliant. It is 95% German, we were the only English speaking people in the hotel. The staff are excellent, could not be more helpful. Nothing too much trouble. We went half board, so had a choice of 3 restaurants. We mostly dined in the Buffet restaurant. The quantity and quality and the chouce of food was amazing. We booked a room with our own pool, and could swim whenever we wanted. There is a small area at the end of pool to sunbath on. A mattress to lie on. Or use the main hotel pool, or over the road from the hotel, use the hotel private beach. Sun beds available, with mattresses, very comfortable. There is a bar service on the beach from the hotel. Beach towels are available free from the hotel, and can be changed everyday at no extra costs. Rooms have very comfortable beds, double shower. Separate toilet, and bathroom items such as razor, shaving foam, toothpaste and tooth bruch. Shampoo and shower gel supplied. Hotel supply 2 x 500 ml bottles of water everyday, free of charge. Coffee machine and tea making facilities also in the room. Free air conditioning, free of charge, big screen on back dooe, pull down blinds on windows. Hotel has a Spa which is available to all guests. Hotel is 5 mins walk to town square. Hotel beside Harmony which is part of group has entertainment at night. Beach is very safe for swimming. Hotel also organises transfer to/from airport, free of charge.. Highly recommend this hotel.

We are on the final afternoon of an 11 day holiday and we don't want to go home! The hotel is perfect. Interesting layout and delightful rooms. The breakfasts are immense, buffet style with hundreds of options; fry ups (german sausages unfortunately), yoghurts, pastries: sweet and savoury, cheeses, cold meats, smoked salmon, fruits, peanut butter, tahini, about 8 different types of egg, 15 different breads etc, etc. It's the cleanest resort; a gang are out early every morning raking the fabulous beach and sweeping the road. During our stay the guests were mainly middle aged couples, predominantly german; I believe the clientèle is younger during high season. Georgioupolis is not party town; social life is based around the hotels and the numerous traditional tavernas, all within 500m of the hotel. We ate out every night at a different one for about €45 for the two of us, excellent Greek food, salads to die for. Burgers and pizza are available. Special mention of Poseidon, a fabulous seafood restaurant where you choose your own dish from a selection of locally caught produce displayed as in a fishmongers. Atm and car hire are available. There is an hourly bus service to Chania and Rhythmone for about €10 returns. We went on 4 excursions by both coach and the little tourist 'trains' that run about. All were excellent and good value for money. My holiday highlight was an half day begginer scuba diving course that I undertook at Evelin dive centre, about 800m from the hotel. It was magical, highly recommended. Finally a big shout out to Amber the hugely enthusiastic Lithuanian animation leader with an accent straight out of a James Bond movie. Loved her.

We arrived the resort almost almost midnight deal to the bad organisation of Dertour. After checking in the staff gave us two boxes which contained a sandwich, apple and banana each. They were very thoughtful. We purposely booked a resort only for adults because we really needed some quiet time to relax. I would say we have made the right choice. The restaurants in the resort are all à la carte. The food looks fantastic. However it's a little too salty for my liking. Overall the staff are friendly and attentive. We were upgraded to a room with a private pool on our sixth night. The double bed is firm and comfortable. We enjoyed it very much!

Me and my girlfriend stayed for a week and it is difficult to fault this place. Its mainly a German hotel but don't let that put you off. The German guests are generally very quiet and decent people. The staff speak perfect English, so you'll have no issues. Everything is excellent. Sure, its more expensive than most hotels but you get the premium stuff you're looking for. Its a brand new hotel, so everything is modern and works well. Its clean and the staff are all great. We went all inclusive which is well worth it. The food was top notch, with all restaurants serving some excellent food. My gf is a chef and very hard to please. She was impressed with the food, so that says it all! The a la carte restaurants are exceptionally good. Drinks wise, you wont struggle for choice. Cocktails are amazing, and make friends with Nico the barman, and he will dream up something off the books for you. Beers wise, they have an extensive selection and its all premium stuff. The wine, just get the expensive red stuff and you'll be fine! The room had a pool, which was great for the evenings to cool down after the beach. It was modern and cosy, super king size bed and it was very comfy. The touch pad can be a challenge though, so leave the bathroom light on at night or you'll be fumbling around for the right part of the touch pad. The beach is right over the road and no matter which room you stay in, you're never more than 5 minutes walk from it. Our room was right at the back and it was easily accessed on foot. The beach is clean and there are always plenty of beds even later in the morning. On the day of my birthday i had a bottle of prosecco left in my room, a nice touch. On arrival there was a bottle of wine and some snacks, well needed after travelling all day. I enjoyed this place very much and I'd love to go back one day. Probably the best hotel I have stayed in. Exceptional.

Wonderful hotel with friendly personal! We have been here in the middle-end of August, and had more than enough space at the beach and pool area, as well as in the restaurants! The hotel is more than large enough to avoid crowded areas. We even got a free update for a room incl. a private pool!! - amazing.. The food is delicious and absolutely meets the requirements of a 5 Star Restaurant (and even exceeds it sometimes). The waiter and other personal are truly friendly and willing to help, especially in the „autograph“ restaurant. However, we had the feeling that the supervisor (?) of the restaurant employees (a woman, we don’t remember her name), was very strict and harsh to her employees. Whenever she was present, we could literally feel that the restaurant employees felt uncomfortable. All in all, a perfect week in Georgioupolis. We can highly recommend the hotel!

A beautiful hotel. My room was so spacious and clean. The room had an amazingly large double shower with shampoo and body wash. I was welcomed with a bottle of wine waiting for me on a table, v what a treat. There were separate beach/pool towels in a beach bag which was mine too take home. Bottled water was replenished every day, a lovely touch. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
