I recently stayed at Hotel Name and had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including mention any standout features like a great view, comfortable bed, or high-speed WiFi. The location was convenient, with easy access to mention nearby attractions, restaurants, or transport options, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel’s highlight a facility like the breakfast, pool, gym, or spa was a fantastic bonus and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I have stayed at Princess Ramada several times, but this is the first time that I had to pay a large amount just to check in a couple of hours early. Never happened before. I was very tired and hot, so I paid - not happy about it.

Room was generally clean. However, upon closer inspection there were dust and grime in some areas. Breakfast was limited but food was good nonetheless. Staff were very helpful and customer service overall was excellent.

It was okay Could do with improvements to breakfast there wasn’t much choice
