Stay : 2025, 01-03 Jan. Hotel location is next to shopping mall. Many eateries around. Room is spacious, sparkling clean! Overall pleasant stay and we will come back if we visit again.

G hotel location is exellent. . i can just go to the next door, Gurney plaza to shop, karaoke, watching movie and most importantly, food is easily accesseble, very suitable for elderly person who cant walk far. Room is spacious and clean

Upon arrival at the front desk, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service, along with a welcome ice cream. We were even offered a complimentary upgrade to a king bed room. When we entered the room, we were pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel had thoughtfully accommodated my request made online to be near the elevator, as I was traveling with two young children and wanted to avoid walking too far. The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. To our surprise, the minibar included a birthday cake, as I had mentioned online that we were staying to celebrate my husband’s birthday. This thoughtful gesture truly touched us. Additionally, the hotel provided complimentary snacks and soft drinks, which were a lovely bonus. We chose this hotel for its convenience, as it allowed our two children to rest easily after getting tired from exploring the mall. It turned out to be exactly as we hoped—super convenient. The hotel is also close to a famous food street, but unfortunately, we couldn’t visit due to the rain. Instead, we dined at one of the many restaurant options within the mall. The breakfast the next morning was abundant and delicious, and since our two kids are under five, they enjoyed complimentary breakfast as well. We have no regrets about choosing this hotel. Our entire family had a wonderful time, and we would definitely stay here again in the future. Let me know if you’d like any adjustments!

Room is so spacious, big enough for 2 person! Excellent location which is just 10min driving distance to town for foods!

Stayed in Executive Suite. The room is very spacious, and the club lounge has a comfortable spread of food that our family enjoyed.

Travel with my mom to Penang first time. The hotel was chosen because it’s just a few steps away from Gurney Plaza. Free ice creams were served when we arrived and checked in hotel. The room at high floor is very spacious. However, the facilities are quite simple consider it’s a five star hotel. The washroom is not user friendly especially for oldies. First day after showering, we found bath towels got stains. We informed hotel service staff, they came to changed them immediately with apologies. The room has sea view, the breakfasts are nice and tasty. It’s a pleasant stay overall, will consider to visit again next time!

The hotel is well located with 2 shopping malls next to each other..very convenient. Staff are very friendly too! There's welcome ice cream too on a hot day!
