It was a pleasant stay & worth the price. We stayed 2 nights on weekdays. Booked studio room, got the 5th floor - you can see both views mountain & part of the sea (blocked by buildings). Towels, toothbrushes, toothpastes, bath gels & shampoos are included. Staffs are great (especially the man who’s at the front desk) The breakfast is also pleasant. Breakfasts are fixed based on days, but there’ll be 2 main dish, 1 type of dessert/kuih, 1 type of fruit, coffee & tea. There’s 8 free parkings for customers too! Just beside the hotel The studio is not wheelchair friendly though, if you plan on bringing anyone on wheelchair dependent bcs of the wall in the middle of the room (as per photo). You can always call the hotel to ask anything..

The location of this hotel is very good. The price is right, including breakfast

Nice & convenient location, limited parking is available for free. Water heater is functional , basic amenities complete with toothbrush,shampoo and shower gel.

I mistakenly book the date a day after my arrival and the receptionist guide me to modify my booking by cancelling and replacing with new booking. The staff is very helpful and I love the buttermilk rice served for breakfast. ❤️❤️

Nice and clean room. I choose triple room. The room is very big. Breakfast is okay. Located outside (at the courtyard) which is for me very relaxing. Breakfast staff is very kind. Receptionist also kind and helpfull. Definitely will stay again when visiting Penang.

room smelt damp but very spacious which was needed as we were travelling as a family - issue with lighting which maintenance came to fix in a timely manner despite it being night time

Location is good, room is good. Limited of packing space, but I available along the roadside.

The hotel provided an amazing experience with its excellent accommodations, cozy rooms, and great amenities. My husband and I really enjoyed our two-day stay. However, one thing that could be improved is the housekeeping service. Unfortunately, no one came to clean our room during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it's a lovely place, but ensuring consistent housekeeping would make the experience even better!!

All is good

Overall it is alright but I really don't like the toilet tap which you need to keep on pressing for the water. It left me with only one hand to wash my face. The bed is not very firm to me and the breakfast is not many choices. The breakfast place is at the side of this hotel which is open air. Hopefully that day is no rain or I think all food will be under the rain.
