Excellent stay as like your bedroom. Room clean and bed comfortable. The amenities completed for the use if needed. Location good to access food too. We will visit again for next trip in Penang.

The room is generally clean but not the mirrors. The tap is a bit weird. The water flow rate will suddenly go very fast. The location is okay but still a bit far from the george town centre (grab for about 10 mins).

Overall quite nice, just hoping that can provide more amenities like hair conditioners or mineral water without charge in the last day 😆 nevertheless, live the cleanliness and the friendly staff there!

I had a pleasant stay at VENO Hotel. The room was a good size, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to Georgetown's attractions.

Nice location, parking easy. The room also spacious and clean. However, the sound-proofing not so good especially my room near the lift, people talk and walk around heard clearly in the morning.

There was odour left behind by previous occupant Feedback to staff (young Chinese lady without specs) at night and immediately, she put a purifier in the room, gave us a lemon flavored spray to cleanse away the odour. Worked well and we are thankful for the immediate action Location is good as it is near to many eateries. Most importantly, it is clean. Soundproofing is poor. Was told Zoom, Veno and Frame belonged to the same owner.

This is my second stay at this hotel. During my first stay, the hotel room was very big, clean and spacious. That was why I booked this hotel again. The room I booked for this trip was a smaller one, but the toilet system was somehow very smelly even though I flushed it many times. There was no tissue paper provided. Perhaps the toilet can have more shelving or hook. Overall it is still a pleasant stay.

Location is quite good with 20 mins walk to Art street. Grab only RM 6. Very new and clean . Very convenient for food and for vegetarian too. Extended 1 more night of stays. The only problem is no tissue paper is provided

Around 9 AM, someone suddenly used a room key card to open my room door. They knocked for just one second and, without any inquiry, directly opened the door. The door latch was also disengaged, and the person was about to enter my room. I shouted, and only then did the person close the door. I immediately went downstairs to the front desk to report the incident. An Indian girl at the front desk apologized to me, saying it might have been a mistake by the cleaning staff. However, I believe this is a very serious issue because the basic expectation in a hotel is to ensure the privacy and safety of guests. When I checked out, a Chinese girl at the front desk was quite rude and did not apologize. She only said they would check the CCTV to understand the situation. This oversight by the cleaning staff has caused a significant security concern for me.

Affordable hotel. Walking distance to all attractions and restaurants

One of the worst sleeping experience ever. First of all, they installed the air-con right upon the TV, which the air-con LED light is too bright that hardly allow me to sleep in dark condition. Secondly, as the aircon air blow directly to my head whole night, which I tried to adjust quick a few times, but it still blow air to my head while sleeping, which is terribly annoying (windows aren’t allow to open, couldn’t switch off the aircon for fresh air) Thirdly, the engine of aircon keep making “tat tat” noises whole night…… Lastly, the noises from room next door and above could be clearly heard, especially at midnight when the room next door going to washroom, I can hear clearing they flushes the toilet and closing the door. It is not the fault of the staff, but the hardware of the hotel is really bad that customers could hardly fall asleep. Please reconsider visiting this hotel if you are an easy waking person.
