I recently stayed at The Granite Luxury Hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected from a luxury hotel. Upon arrival, I noticed several issues in my room: - The bathroom light was flickering non-stop, making it uncomfortable to use. - There was visible mold and unidentified stains in the bathroom, which raised serious hygiene concerns. - The clothing rack was rusted and looked like it hadn’t been maintained in years. - Inside the cabinet, I found broken pieces, which was both inconvenient and disappointing. I reported these issues to the front desk late at night. For a hotel that claims to offer luxury accommodations, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and responsiveness was unacceptable. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their standards to ensure a better experience for future guests.

The best Hotel in town! Highly recommended for those yang nak pergi Georgetown sebab dekat sangat dengan banyak tempat best-best. Staff hotel pun terbaik dari receptionist, abang jaga parkir, abang jaga pool, pakcik shuttle semua friendly and helpful. Bilik takyah cakap lah memang luxury betul. Suka sangat stay sini 😍 rasa tak puas duduk dua malam je. In future, kalau ada rezeki inshaAllah boleh stay sini lagi! taknak tempat lain dah hehe. Ohh complimentary cheesecake dia sedap! Happy with the overall experience of my stay. Decent place and provided what I needed for a business travel.

Very nice and clean hotel. The bedroom and bathroom are all clean. The most impressive would be the automatic parking facilities. Guests that stay at the hotel get to waive the parking rate. The location is strategic too. Easily accessible to many places. Will definitely book this hotel again in future whenever travel in Georgetown.

check in was smooth, rooms were big and comfortable. 11th floor 2 bedrooms really can hear lift moving. coffee machine wasnt maintained properly, lots of stains. alot of complimentary snacks, tea and coffee bags.

What I like about this hotel are the following - location, automated parking, provision of shuttle service to breakfast spots since the hotel does not offer breakfast. Their staff are also very helpful as they offer advice (such as whether to utilise morning shuttle service to breakfast spots, how to use automated parking within the hotel) and suggestions to guests. Upon arrival at the check-in counter, their staff offered cool drink to guests and this is what I observed sets itself apart from other hotels. The room is comfortable too and having 2 aircon units at separate spaces and ability to turn off is a plus. The view from the pool is nice too. Overall, it is an enjoyable stay and there is nothing that I do not like.

loved our stay here, we got complimentary anniversary deco, and free cake for our anniversary. the pool was fantastic, the parking is next level!

Hotel is nice and cool. Auto car park system. Friendly staff. Nice view with facing Komtar Building.
