Receptionist very slow doing their job. Also there are so many indonesia people there and i feel not comfartable at all. Please improve

Everything was okay, amenities, etc. However, I’d rate the location a 3 out of 5 as it is quite far from the main city. Otherwise, my stay was okay.

Location is good, parking safe and easy. But the cleanliness really bad. The room not very clean, the mirror in toilet is dirty, especially the toilet bowl very dirty, I don’t dare to put my bottom on the toilet bowl. In conclusion, hotel is old and no second time visit for me.

is a clean hotel, located very near to the tourist spot like Nearby Attraction Cheong Fatt Tze - The Blue Mansion, Armenian Street, Khoo Kongsi, Pinang Peranakan Mansion. simple hotel

The check-in was smooth with check-in kiosk. Be careful not to arrive at the wrong hotel if you only searched for Grand Inn on Google Map (on Penang Road). The parking is extra convenient and there is a bus station just opposite with all buses that go one-way towards the Komtar bus hub (as informed by helpful receptionist). The pharmacy next door is great to top-up on meds/skincare or make-up care you might have forgotten to bring along (mositurizer/makeup remover etc.) and eateries are open nearby as food options. The Grab fee can go up to ~RM14 if you travel at peak hours to 1st Avenue Mall/Komtar/Prangin Mall (linked by hub). Cons: Blankets a bit scratchy, old, less aesthetically pleasing. The toilet flush button is a bit faulty but not too big of a deal, although the shower is really awesome!! 👌🏻 Curtains a bit dusty, amenities need more care and upkeeping. Hoping that some or most of the items in room can be renewed in time for greater comfort. Overall, a satisfying experience!

Good Location at Central. Parking available for guest. Overall Reasonable with what I pay. But I book non smoking get smoking room so the smell a bit not comfort.

Hotel is easy to find, friendly staff, check in process a bit take time. Room did not have hair dryer, toilet design below my expectations

Room and toilet are clean and spacious. Location of hotel is not really far from the city center and walkable if you don't have a car. One thing that I dislike was that I ordered for one King size bed but what I received was two single beds put together to form a Double bed.
