We hv to waited for so long hours coz Trip.com didn't submit booking to hotel. So... we have to sit at Lobby waited for 5 hours to check-in hotel. So... disappointed.

Generally the hotel location, cleanliness, service, breakfast provided is considered good.

It was great even though the hotel already a little old.have a pool and gym. Room with Nice view and bed also comfy. Bathroom a bit old but still acceptable. Location okay. Walking distance to gurney mall. Come with breakfast, take note it's all vegetarian and taste wise not too bad.

Excellent location, easy to find and very easy to access to many tourist places. room is spacious and clean. CS is very good as well.

Good hotel to stay and great view from hotel

Worst experience. Bathroom shower head was spilling all over. And the bathtub is dirty as well the toilet bowl was dirty as well. Very very unpleasant showering . There is no chilleness at all. Air cond is not cool at all. Zero. There is no remote either. Bedsheet was like 1star hotel bed sheet . Room was too small. Plug point are located behind the bed we have to push the bed a side to use it. Kettle was dirty . Worst stay. NOT WORTH FOR THE PRICE AT ALL ! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I booked three rooms for our stay. 1 room has poor AC conditioning. Not cool at all. We arrived late at night so we did not request for a change or maintenance to resolve. The room is very small. No iron in the room.

The room and bathroom are clean. Fast check-in and check-out.

1. Easy and fast check in 2. Place was very clean and warm welcomed by the staff 3. My room was good. Came with 2 breakfast 4. Breakfast was good. The food was a lot of Choice. Add on for Rm20 per head. Children below 5 years was free. 5. The swimming pool also good. Not too wide..but it was fun. 6. Parking at basement of hotel, before out, go to reception for stamping. 7. Overall was good.

Hotel location is good not too noisy. View from room also good a lots of green. Just need a better sound proofing can hear movements from neighbors besides n above

The staff is very friendly and the location is good! This hotel really needs to be renovated! I stayed in different rooms for two nights and the TV didn't work. It was inconvenient to plug in the power plugs. There were only two in one room. The toilet had moldy black marks everywhere. The sheets and quilts all had black marks and smelled! The next day, I lived on the 20th floor. As soon as the elevator door opened, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. As soon as I entered the room, the whole room was also full of smoke! The air conditioner didn't work! Poor value for money! If it wasn't for my dad having to see a doctor in the hospital opposite, I wouldn't have booked this hotel! Now I see there is a budget hotel next door, so I will book them next time!

Staff makes genuine effort to accommodate requests willingly,and even a little out of expectations.

Overall stay was a joyful stay but recommend to renovate the hotel to give more modern feel The shower system is better to be upgraded or change
