very clean and good location, only downside is that they charge for a lot of minor requests like water bottles and cutleries

Hotel location is convincing you to go to the George town, just by walk about 15-20 mins, many massage shops and restaurants nearby. hotel room is big enough for more than 2 big suitcase open. the bed and pillows also super comfortable. I will recommend you stay here when you have plan to travel Penang.

The two bedroom suite is super spacious and clean. The view is great and the room is very comfortable. The breakfast is not big, but okay. Service is excellent, warm and responsive. It’s worth every penny.

This was our second time staying in this hotel. Similar to before, the staff was friendly, building clean and well maintained. They allowed us an early check in for no extra charge. Great view from our room on the 15th floor.

Few times stay at this hotel. Nice decent room with komtar view and good location nearby many cafes and attractions. Easy parking available for guest and great staff attitude

Polite staff, well maintained rooms. However, would like to see some shades in the gym. It's very hot when using it in the late afternoon as the equipment faces the sun directly. Will come back again when I visit Penang.

Staying at Ozo hotel was amazing! The rooms are big and spacious with a nice city view of Penang. The bathrooms are squeaky clean. The sound proofing is great as I can't hear other rooms at all and lastly the service provided by staff was great. This will be my go to pick of a hotel if I visited Penang again!

First issue they gv me room at d lowest floor overlooking roofs of shoplots eventhough ive stated expressly my request for higher floor seaview. This was sorted out after i wrote a review on Google. Then d worst part d 2nd day i requested for fork spoon and bowl but was bluntly informed by d staff they couldnt provide anytg as d restaurant was closed. I asked again if nothing they can give me and they immediately n Lazily said no. What kind of hotel doesnt have basic items like cutleries plates bowl etc???at least they can prepare plastic disposable cutleries knowing tht the restaurant isnt available. NEVER AGAIN TO WASTE MY MONEY AT THIS HOTEL!

Uncountable night staying at ozo. I keep choose this hotel. I already try many hotel but i guess ozo is my number 1 preferable to stay. The bed so comfy & room clean.

A brilliant hotel in the heart of George Town, Penang. The staff are very friendly and kind. The breakfast has a wonderful view and has some good choices. The pool area is nice but the water is too cold for swimming. We had a great view of the sea from our 17th floor room. A wonderful choice of accommodation in Penang!

Stayed for 2 nights and everything was great, couldn't find a single thing that wasn't good. Special shout out to Yen Yin (front desk receptionist) who helped with my check in. She speaks well and had exceptionally good attitude. Observed her going the extra mile to help a guest patiently. Great location in Georgetown. If you're lucky you may get the sea view rooms. You can store your luggage at Level 1, the staff there is friendly and speaks English well too. You can also order food delivery and get the driver to leave it at the lobby. Then, head to level 20 for checkin. Overheard a guest getting a late check out granted so you may try your lucky if you need one too (subject to availability I assume). Breakfast will be at Level 20 too but I opted out to try the local Breakfast nearby. I was lucky to get the Seaview room on level 18 and catch some mini fireworks released at the beach side. The room was surprisingly new and clean. The beds and duvet were super comfortable despite it being standard single and not super single. Pillows were too soft for me personally. TV had multi lingual channels from English to Chinese to Malay. I also like that the wardrobe was positioned inside the toilet. Steam iron and ironing board are provided as well. For ladies, you'll be happy that the hairdryer provided is a Philips branded one, dries my hair very quickly. The towels are quite soft too. I'll definitely book OZO again on my next penang trip! Highly recommend to you if you're considering.

Location was still a little far from the main hustle and bustle of the city. Requires quite a bit of walking. Beds in the room was the main issue as they were too soft and sinks in making it uncomfortable. Also believe they suddenly ran out of green tea and gave all black tea 😿 Toilets were nice though!

Nearly 5 star quality at a very reasonable price situated conveniently near great restaurant areas. Great staff. Great views. I recommend residing on the south side (city views) due to disturbance of the late night music from the Red Garden Food Paradise venue that we had when staying on the 18th floor of the north side (harbor views). Whenever I return to Georgetown I will stay here again.

Love the modern concept of hotel. Although the first impression entering into the hotel ground level looked like 2/3 star due to the stretch of neighbouring shops / massage and forum hotel which looked like 2 star. It's a whole new world once u reach 20th floor front desk . Love the view from the swimming pool deck . The Did not particularly like the location. Busy street and traffic on the weekend. Concierge service was friendly and accommodating. Good service
