Cant move on from this hotel. The bed and pillow so comfy thats make us choose this hotel over and over again. Staff also give us a great hospitality 👍

Located at the centre of Georgetown, within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Cool parking space.

This is such an amazing hotel in Penang. I booked a family suite with 2 bedrooms for all 4 of us. The furnishing and beddings are clean and very comfortable. It’s very quiet here as we stayed in the 19th floor. The sound proofing was very good. There are many eateries and cafe around Ozo and I could get Nasi kandar, curry puffs, wanton Mee and so on within walking distance. It is also within walking distance to Chowrasta market. The staff on the 20th floor and ground floor are all very friendly and helpful. This really made my stay a very pleasant one. Keep it up, OZO!

The receptionist tried to charge me RM10 for tourist tax, be remember that all tourist tax are included in the online booking, also, dont forget to ask for a receipt in case they really want to charge you.

I love the infinite swimming pool area, the city view from my room so amazed. the location its self so strategic in George Town area.

Decent hotel for short stay. Bedroom is quite clean. Breakfast can be better.

The view of the pool side and the room itself is superb that were really impressed. Perfect location and the hotel is with great ambience.The only thing is that there are limited parking slots available, might be an issue for weekend/ peak period stay. The security staff (one of them) is not very hospitable and friendly, and needs to improve himself to better serve the customers.

The location is great but the room cleaning isn’t very good.The hotel service staff (Housekeeper) also didn’t provide what I request for.

I was able to check in early. The hotel is conveniently located near most attractions in Georgetown. The swimming pool offers amazing views, and the room is spacious, but it's not soundproof.
