Location is good with many nice eateries. At the heart of Chinatown. Everything is excellent except everything is old.

Although the photos and reality were different, the window-less rooms were still adequate for comfortable staying. We stayed for 3 nights in a level 4 deluxe double room and level 3 double room, all ensuite with bathrooms. Due to the lack of exhaust fans and windows, the internal bathrooms can cause dampness and a smell but that was ok for us. A pet friendly Guesthouse (many of our neighbours had dogs but they were very quiet and well managed). Now managed by 3 service staffs who do everything. A retro but working games machine at the ground floor was a delight for my kids. Free laundry & dryer and a simple fitness corner are useful amenities. The highlight is actually the location of this guesthouse - within walking distance, there are numerous dim sum outlets, night time street foods, noodles shop, bakery and a sports bar just across the road. Will stay again, anytime, for my next visit.

I stayed at Kim Haus for 2 nights and it was a pleasant stay. I didn't expect much, so i find it great when the staffs being nice and friendly The location is great, many food stalls and convenient stores. I walk 10 mins to get Nasi Kandar imigresen, and 4 mins walk to get the bus stop to get you everywhere. Even if i use Grab Car , the hostel is easy to be found. The thing that they need to improve is probably the room. It's actually clean, but since the room has no window, the chance for mold and fungus to grow is high. My nose is sensitive, even if the aircon is on, I can sense the smell of mold. Also need to improve the floor of the bathroom, water couldn't get into the sewerage because of uneven floor. That's it. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very nice and clean. Free laundry station for those staying and a small gym floor. An a good cafe downstairs.

Good location, rooms and premises are generally clean, so it is good. However internet speed is very poor even when using the WiFi ID for that particular level.

The room was nothing like the photos. I booked a deluxe loft with windows, but we were given a room without any windows, and even the wall colors didn’t match the pictures. To make matters worse, they wanted to charge us extra to move to a room with windows. The room also smelled awful, like heavy cockroach repellent. It was suffocating, and by the end of the first day, we had headaches. I wouldn’t stay here again. On the positive side, the common areas were nice, and the reception staff was very friendly, but the room was a major disappointment.

My room on the fourth floor was clean and more spacious than the others I was able to see. It was located in the front of the building. I didn't have a window but I did use the balcony right outside my door. The bathroom was also large ans spacious The unit across the hall had the wall of windows and space but it also had a tiny bathroom as all the other windowless lofts. The employees keep the building clean and spotless. If you're a pet lover that brings them along on vacation you're in luck. This hotel allows pets.

Hotel location on point. Plenty of parking spaces around the hotel. Room is clean and neat. Water pressure very low at Level 5 but overall the rest of the stay is pretty good.

Is very easy to attract insects to room. Room design with metal grill , and was dusty. Water pressure was good . Water heater and air conditioner are good. The bed need to change new as it was curve to the centre. Solo traveler wouldn’t feel this issue but is 2 person sleep on it … will draw to centre and different to sleep . Easy to check in and check out . Washing machine available and free of charge

Stayed here many times a few years back.. I think it's time to change the mattress, the spring poking out my back 😅 The bathroom need to do super spring cleaning at the wall.. Staff very very helpfull
