Apart from the creaky toilet door, thin walls and thin pillows, everything else was perfect! Not your typical commerical hotel decor and design. Walking distance to many food stalls. Friendly staff and quiet neighborhood.

It's a nicely decorated and cozy boutique hotel, that's located just off the busy food areas in Georgetown. Near the buzz but without the noise and traffic.

Like this boutique hotel. Friendly staff, clean room. Conveniently located near Macalister, Burma & Penang Road, yet no noisy traffic during night time.

Comfortable hotel, the bed is comfortable, perfect for good night sleep, near & walking distance to nearest popular restaurant in penang. Complete amenities in room, common area is accessible with basic necessity. Great welcoming service from the front desk / reception.

Always felt welcome when staying here, especially when Liza is on duty. Hope to have a small mobile table in the future so that when we can eat our snacks / food. Otherwise all is great as always!

Superb clean and superb comfortable bed room! A very simple and nice suites with connecting door at the ground floor. Bill makes us feel warm, checking on us the travel conditions, recommended restaurants if we were hungry, due to heavy traffic, we reached hotel almost midnight. We will come back to this hotel for the next trip. By the way, the mattress is Sealy brand which brings superb comfy night!

Room need for improvemebt

It’s a well designed and decorated private owner run boutique hotel, so don’t expect amenities like hotel chain.  Nice room, superb clean spotless room and quiet environment in a busy town.

Location is good, close to many attractions like New lane hawker, Kimberley street and others. Room is very clean and spacious.

Please check the cupboard oftenly because i found out a cockroach in there.

We love this hotel so much! The interior and exterior design are beautiful, and the location is very strategic.

Overall ok just that room with mosquito, if without mosquito then will be perfect~ Still highly recommend to stay over with the local style of design hotel~

Love the setting of the hotel. It's near to a food court at Jalan Macalister and several convenience stores so the location is quite strategic. Caught the receptionist dozing off at the sofa (with very loud snoring) but other than that everything else is perfect.
