Ke-Lan-Tan House

A bit hassle when you try to go in but you need someone to open the door. Try to ring for check in but need to wait for 10min for someone to open the door. After check in, didnt give the access card because you need to stay more than 1 day to get the access card. Then want to going in at night still need to wait for someone to open the door. Waste of time. The place is pretty though but the service meh and you will need to put rm100 deposit in cash.

這家攜程上沒什麼點評，訂的時候稍微有點忐忑。總體感覺不錯，位置方便，房間古典，佈置得比較有格調，總體符合預期。不過扶老攜幼的不合適，房間都在二樓，要自己搬行李，樓梯比較高。另外衞生間跟房間是分開的，雖然保證一房一專間，但是進進出出有可能碰到別人，要有這個心理準備。拍照是很出圖的

We stayed 4 nights here .Our stay was really enjoyable in a lovely old heritage property.We found that the private bathroom which was not en suite was just across the landing from our room and was not an issue.The main attractions in Georgetown was easily accessible and also a handy free bus service was close by.On arrival we were given lots of information on places to see and restaurants to visit by Marcus at reception.Would definitely recommend.

Stayed 3 nights. We had an ensuite but not all rooms have an attached bathroom. Room was comfortable and the hotel is very quiet as it is on a small street in the city centre. The staff were friendly.

This place was too rough. The shower didn't work (no hot water), the bed was hard, and wifi connection didn't reach the room - had to use it downstairs which is okay at night, but during the middle of the hot day with no aircon, was uncomfortable. I had planned to do some work on my laptop during my stay. Glad I only booked one night and could move to another hotel (Muntri Mews - much better!!) the following day where I could sleep and do some work in relative comfort. This hotel also asked me for 100RM cash deposit on arrival - which took me completely by surprise as I only had 150RM on me for spending money. Why wouldn't they accept a credit card? The next hotel I stayed at required no deposit at all! Finally, this hotel's website has photos of families. I travelled solo this trip which was fine. I would no way have wanted to stay here with my child - it would be way too uncomfortable between the non-working shower and all the stairs.

Maison de charme propre, chambre spacieuse. Salle de bain grande et pratique même si elle n'est pas attenante à la chambre. Cependant l'accueil a notre arrivée le 1er jour était mauvais.Nous sommes arrivés avant l'heure du check Inn bien que nous ayons prévenu l'établissement sur notre heure d'arrivée comme demandé. On nous a pris nos bagages mais laissés à la porte. Pas agréable. Aussi nous étions que deux couples a loger et la maison est très mal insonorisée. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais si les chambres sont toutes occupées je pense qu'il doit y avoir pas mal de bruit.
