The place is really nice and convenient. You can access to pretty much everywhere from here by foot. However, there is no fridge nor a hairdryer in the room. But it’s not a big problem for me. Overall is good.

Minimum toiletries for couple's six nights stay. Rooms aren't sound proof, strong durian smell likely from some guest that lasted throughout the night. Mr. Kent at the reception is friendly, offering recommendations to dine and sightsee in the city of Penang.

If you arrive late at night, the security guard at the lobby will redirect you to the main Victoria Hotel for check-in it seems quite intimidating as they might be suspicious if I bring a guest in

Behind the hotel is the foodcourt for easily for dinner and foods.there also nearly the shopping mall and some good durians as well.

The hotel has cockroaches. The bedsheet has stain but the staff just covered with the blanket. No hair dryer. The room’s lightbulb has blown but staff did not check the condition before letting customers to check in. Have to change room after checked in.

The bed is a bit smelling. Air conditioning not cool enough.

This hotel is located near from everything. You can walk to the bus station if you need take a bus. Little India and Art Street was just 7 to 10 minutes away. There was a convenient store next to this building where you can buy some snacks and beer. However, the room where I was given, there was no refrigerator either hair dryer. I am not sure about other rooms so we needed borrow a hair dryer from the reception. There was a small restaurant and according to my mom from 05:00 a.m. she could hear many motor bikes pass away or stop around that place which disturbed sleep on the weekdays. I would say overall I was satisfied with this accommodation with resonable price.

Victory Inn was closed during my stay due to the aircon issue. I was arranged to hotel 19, a nearby hotel seemly under the same ownership as Victory inn. Location is pretty good, 5 mins walk from the ferry terminal and the bus hub. The outside appearance of the Victory Inn seems average tho.

Clean hotel, king size single beds, hotel not far from Clan jetties. All over, good stay.

Decent location near the ferry. Staff are horrible and were rude and dismissive when we informed them that wifi doesn’t work. A lot of the guests had to sit in the lobby with us so that we had wifi. Rude and aggressive staff.

Good spot for a pleasant and laid-back holiday. You may wander around to reach the restaurants and cafes. The hotel also provided pamphlets about Georgetown, including activities and places to visit. The family suite is spacious, comfortable, and tidy. They also have a security guard on duty. The staff is nice and approachable. We had a good experience there. Unfortunately, the facilities are limited. We stayed for a week, but the bedsheet was not changed according to hotel rules. They will supply new shower towels when they make up the room, but not tissue rolls. We had to request it at the front desk, and they delivered it the next day (we understood, maybe because it's only the two of them on duty). The WiFi signal is intermittent. A family suite room does not have a mini refrigerator. When we arrived, the telephone cable had been disconnected. There are just a few charging plugs. Furthermore, Trip.com states that breakfasts are available at the hotel's front desk. However, they do not provide breakfast. I hope this gets rectified on the website. Thank you very much. Nevertheless, it's a pleasant stay.

Good location. Good room and other amenities. Only car parking not available. But overall is good.
