Hotel 19 is good quality in terms of the price you pay - friendly & efficient staff, good room condition and convenient location.

It was such great location to close to see, we had see window view was nice at night to smell the sea

Overall the stay was good and comfortable. opposite the jetty/ferry terminal. Just walking distance to Little India, food wonders museum, street art, chew jetty, royal chulan. The path to the parking lot needs to be improved to make it safer

Overall a good experience in this hotel, especially the staff is very friendly.

okay , this was my second time there :) will probably go there again next time . Although this time the staff were not as friendly

Location good, need to park at victoria garden hotel located at the back. To my suprise all booked(reserved parking with sign board) only at the roof top is without reserved sign board( 5th floor) so. Basically need to go round and round till roof top. I stayed at king room facing the jetty. The window is not sound proof , difficult to sleep as the car goes by on the stripes road producing musical sound. I dont know how to explain😅. Other than that all ok.make sure take a room opposite the road..

No parking lot available. Had to park our car at private parking around 50 meters right of hotel..was charged rm 35 for kvernight parking which hotel did not reimburse. Tried to call the hotel before arriving, called 5 times, no one picked up, only to find out hotel phone out of order. Will not come here again.

Booked this hotel as considered there are parking bays next to hotel, but is closed now. Walking distance public car park area, and need to pay to local authority. The hotel location is in front of old jetty, and walking distance to Lim Jetty if you like this place. Hotel room is a bit aging, but still good for short stay. We came during week day but hotel rate is still consider high. Not really consider convenience if you would like to travel with public transportation or walking.

I arrived at the hotel around 9 AM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM. I had decided to switch hotels because I didn't like the one I had stayed at previously. The reception staff were very welcoming and assumed that I had just arrived from the airport. They asked me to rest well and made sure I was comfortable. I was impressed with their hospitality and would like to give them a big thumbs up. The hotel is conveniently located near most attractions and eateries, and there's a bus stop right in front of it. I really appreciated the intricate carvings on the wood, which added a nice touch to the overall decor.

Pretty nice place if you just need a place near the ferry, it's across the street. I stayed just one night before flying out and it's clean and modern, exceeded expectations for the price. It's very close to Little India where you can eat nicely. Front desk staff could learn to be more professional though.

I'm very satisfied with this hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is very nice. You can just walk to padang kota or penang street art.However, I would like to mention a small issue that might be less satisfactory. The presence of a yellow line painted to slow down cars in front of the hotel can lead to noise when vehicles pass over it. This noise might cause a disturbance for individuals who are sensitive to such sounds.
