Completely the best from the best. The ambience and location are so nearest with the food like nasi kandar. All staff are so friendly and welcoming. Will repeat later 💚 except for breakfast, all okay but not too much for the variety..i hope they can change menu and make it more valuable. Overall 9/10.

Would be the best staycation in Penang so far. The service from all the staff is so friendly and professional. Baggy service and gcycle are a plus to the stay. The evening cocktail and the breakfast have so many varieties and delicious too. Will definitely come back again.

Worth the price, room well maintained, nice hard and soft pillows. Allowed early check in before 3pm this is the best part after leaving luggage in the room, it's shopping time. Right and left shopping malls. Breakfast and facilities can cross-use with its sister hotel. Took the 2mins buggy ride FOC from Kelawai to Gurney for Breakfast which starts from 630am to 1030am.

Overall a great hotel , with a very decent location. Within walking distance to Gurney plaza

Very clean room and bathroom with beautiful shower stall and free (non-alcoholic) minibar. Drawbacks ate that the hotel facilities are not available or maintained - The swimming pool is under renovation and the gym toilet (female) cubicle cannot be locked...the entire lock set has fallen off from the door. The hotel is unbeatable for location and the staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet though wide in variety is not of high standard except for freshly cooked food like the egg & noodle station. The coffee is almost undrinkable. Spend RM5 at McDonald's for better coffee.

Hotel Location and cleanliness not bad . Recommended Hotel who travel to Penang George town.

Hotel is ok but considering the condition for me u should pick other five stars hotel. The hotel forgot to send my luggage. I also req cake but didn’t get complimentary cake for my birthday 😀

We stay in big executive' room with a huge bath tub with great view. Location is next to Gurney Plaza. It is our must stay hotel when we visit Penang

Nice location and friendly staff. Enjoy my stay at this hotel only downside is the breakfast every days the same ..if they can change their menu will be perfect.

Great hotel for close proximity to Malls, FoodStreet, Beach Coast walks etc. It has very couteous n professiinal customer service with a kindest smile that warms your hearts each time you past them by. Aboveall, rooms and amenities are well design, fresh and clean too. Such a comfortable outstanding place to welcome every guest. This is my second time here. There is so much creativity in their food offerings in and buffets specials every weekend too. Its really a go to hotel with reasonable pricing of a 4 star hotel. I will be back the next visit to penang.

Frankly not impressed by this hotel. The only good thing is the location. There was no housekeeping at all during my two nights’ stay. Left hotel early in the morning on day 2 and when I came back at 5pm, the room wasn’t cleaned at all and towels were not changed. Rubbish wasn’t cleared. Had to call the front desk a few times to ask for fresh towels before it came. Towels looked old and not white. And the front desk even tried to ask me if I turned on the “do not disturb” sign (basically trying to give excuse) but I told them I turned on the housekeeping sign so clearly they didn’t do their job at all. Even the food tray (from room service) outside my room wasn’t cleared. Things seem to be breaking down too eg. kettle didn’t work, lifts not working. Bottom line - won’t consider staying here again.
