The location is in the city center, large room, warm shower but noisy from other rooms and noisy from other rooms shower. We can hear the voice from other rooms. Breakfast is really disappointing, lack of protein, no meat, no chicken, only carbohydrates and vegetable, not enough food on Sunday morning, the ventilation is really bad in breakfast area. This should improve immediately.

The hotel is so convenient around the city to walk, a lot of food nearby and photo taking.. I am surprised that the hotel is clean and service is good for 3 star. I would come back again. Just the hot cold water is not consistent.

Very good location Very good for Vegetarian as there is one coffee shop just few minutes walk from hotel, entire coffee shop selling Vegetarian food for breakfast and lunch, closed on Sunday.

Had a pleasant stay on fasting month. Good service by the staff be it at check in counter as well as the cafe! Love the early breakfast “sahur” time. Food n deco was superb! Will definitely repeat in future. 😘

Location is a plus! My advice is to skip the breakfast package because it's basically the same limited kind of food everyday. Advice buy breakfast when needed or after viewing. There's still room for improvement for CS.

We frequently check in hotels in Georgetown and Neo+ is one of the few that we have been to more than once. Location wise is strategic - located in the heart of Georgetown and surrounded with restaurants, shops, shopping malls and other amenities within walking distance. It has ample parking lot, elevators to access each level of the rooms. The room was quite spacious and complete with everything you need. Strong WiFi, tv with several channels and complimentary beverages are available in the room. Breakfast has quite a good range and is delicious. We went there during Ramadan, and the hotel served sahur between 5 am to 6.00 am.

Room is very spacious for 3 people. However the air con sometimes noisy, but not a big problem because the noise is far away. The phone line is also broken for my room but receptionist offer alternative way to call them.

With good price in trip. com booking. Hotel clean, staff polite and friendly. Location just nice, easy to city walk. In front got restaurant for breakfast

Very nice location, walking distance to key tourist spots such as art depot, hidden bars, and local food stalls. They have complimentary multilevel parking, convenient for us who drive.

Place is clean n tidy. Location is also good, easy to find food n shopping mall is within walking distance. If only breakfast can have more variety then it will be perfect. Overall I will recommend the place.

The location of the hotel was strategic, walking distance to find halal food, to 1st Avenue Mall. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choices.

A simple a d neat hotel, but the hotel breakfast is closed too early at sharp 10am.i hope can prolong the breakfast time to 10:30.. Beside, the room lighting is needed to be more bright due

Love the room space as there's 3 of us. Good location near to yummy food points. Water point outside the room to reduce plastic bottles. 👍🏼 However, the room TV is too small, and it's not a smart TV, came with very limited channels. Gym is small, equipment is spoilt. Pool is also v small. If you don't mind all these, Hotel Neo+ is definitely a place where you can consider. Worth the money.
