The location of the hotel was so strategic but hotel look kind old, everything seems like in the 90s and the swimming pool kinda not giving

Room 2002 First night there was insect bites but I brushed it off. Second night there were more intense insect bites and the itch woke me up. I turned on the lights and found bed bugs. The time was 4:30am. I had to request for a room change in the middle of the night. I reluctantly wake my elderly mom and young child up. They changed me to room 1902. Upon entry the room was very dusty. There were dust and hairs on the bedsheet and dust on the countertops. We were too exhausted at this point to ask for another room.

I had the pleasure of staying at Neo+ Penang, and it was truly a great experience from start to finish. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff made everything so smooth. I was impressed by how spacious and clean the room was — it had a modern design that felt both fresh and cozy. Plus, the city view from the room was just perfect! I could see the Penang Bridge in the distance, which made for a lovely sight. The hotel’s location in the heart of Georgetown was a huge bonus. It’s right next to Komtar, so I could easily walk to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. No need to worry about parking either, since the hotel offers its own parking facilities, which made my trip even more hassle-free. All in all, Neo+ Penang offered great value for the price, with excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a central location. Definitely a place I would recommend for anyone visiting Georgetown!
