Good location, near Gama supermarket and easy to locate nice and variety of hawker food. Room is clean, beds are comfortable. Fully utilized every space. The staff are friendly and kind. The in-room dining food is very nice, especially tom yam fried rice. Only RM 18. Highly recommended. I used cash vouchers provided by hotel to order food. So only paid RM 1. We enjoyed the wonderful window view. No water bottle provided. Please bring along your empty bottle. There is water dispenser at each floor to top up water. Good move to save environment. The only limitation is max 4 devices to log in for free WiFi. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. Will come again.

Overall the experience was good. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained, with complimentary parking provided. It’s also well-located in Georgetown, within walking distance to popular attractions. The only downside is that the soundproofing could be better.

Nice hotel in the city centre and clean. The only setback was the size of the room is very small.

Hotel location is good. Room although small but clean, cozy and comfortable. The front desk reception staffs are cheerful, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good too with a great selection of food. Will definitely stay here when we go Penang again. Kudos to Raz at the reception who is always with a smile.

Little small on the side, basic amenities is completed, don’t expect too much, is perfect for business where you just need a place to sleep.

The hotel location at main road Leboh Noordin Penang. The room is ok, clean & comfortable. Parking is free provided bu the hotel. Easy to get food & beverage bu walking distance.
