Cleanliness and service are within my expectations ..This is my second time staying with the Leith

Hotel location was great. Near to alot of eateries as its just walking distance to the famous Chulia street. Staffs at the hotel are friendly. Definitely will stay during my next trip there.

Pros: The location is great, it’s around 15-20 mins walk to most attractions. The room is spacious and cozy. They have freshly make omelet and coffee for the breakfast and they taste good. Cons: The sink is tiny. The sound proof isn’t good. The pillow is too high.

Newly renovated, clean and nice. Breakfast has good enough options. The only issue was with the food court opposite having karaoke very loud.

Very convenient and walking distance at Georgetown area.. Breakfast also not bad..

The hotel is such a gem. Very clean and well refurbished. The check-in and check-out procedures are simple and room rate inclusive of complimentary breakfast, the breakfast taste good and got many options. Really enjoyed staying here, as the location is strategic too. However, there is one karaoke place at the opposite, noises can be heard.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, located at the centre of Georgetown, near to many attractions, shoplots and eateries, room price had breakfast included, just need to pay tax of RM3 at the receptionist, smooth check in & check out process, hotel room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The breakfast spread was okay though not many choices available. Got welcome drink upon check in, everything else in the room was good.

Good location. Easy access to the central of Georgetown. Can spend time walking around the hotel to enjoy the charm of Georgetown. The room comes with buffet breakfast. Good variety of choices for the buffet breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillow. Really good.

Although it’s a refurbished hotel but everything inside is good spacious room, clean room and the bed is comfortable. Will visit this hotel again if I visit penang soon.

Good location easy to access to central of georgetown. The room come with buffet breakfast, but the choices not much. The hotel was new refurbished, so the hotel and room is clean,comfortable bed and pillow . But the hotel parking is limited.

The hotel was newly refurbished (previously called Waldorf Hotel), we were impressed once we stepped into the hotel. The has a very pleasant scent. Some histories of the hotel and the surrounding buildings were displayed on the wall, it gave us a glimpse of the vibes of this place in the past. Hotel room was spacious and comfortably decorated. Smart TV in the room was big, though we didn't stay in the room most of the time to watch it. Breakfast place was nice (we sat "outdoor" under a glass roof) but the food selection was limited, could be better. The location of the hotel was very strategic, we enjoyed to walk in the places nearby just by foot. Highly recommended.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and adequate for a family of 3. A suitable location as the food court was just across the road and it is close to other tourist spots in Georgetown. I actually liked the breakfast which were served hot in batches.

Nice hotel. Will stay again next time

Overall experience is good. Breakfast is quite good.
