This is the first hotel we've ever checked out early, it was dreadful. At check-in there was only one staff (all staff were kids) so we had to wait. Staff weren't clear about lots of issues, from parking, breakfast, room make-up and potential noise. While checking in the nearby massage girls were trying to get us as customers, highly unprofessional. We tried numerous times to call Front Desk but never got thru. Had to go down from 31st floor. One first morning we posted 'pls make up room on the doir' but when we returned later no service. We were never informed to notify front desk for daily service, crazy. Everytime we had to exit the carpark we had to queue at front desk to get validation, a huge pain. Breakfast was basic, tables were soiled, only black coffee...we only came one morning (paid x5). The internal and ext noise was shocking. Slamming doors from before 6am esp the cleaners at the refuse bins, who were also shouting at each other. Externally, all we could hear was hooning cars and motorbikes. This morning there was a small dog barking in the corridor. Very very disappointed, to say the least. We should have checked out on the 2nd day.
