We stayed in a three-bedroom unit on the 19th floor, located at the corner of the building. Unfortunately, the toilet had a very strong and unpleasant odor. The Wi-Fi signal and mobile network coverage were extremely poor — we couldn’t get any reception inside the room. The elevator system was also terrible; we had to queue for over 20 minutes just to get down to the lobby. Additionally, the breakfast provided was insufficient to cater to the large number of guests.

The room allocated at next to lift, the room not cleaned and no shower gel, key phone not working to use. The worst is the public lift up and down waiting atleast 15mins

Good location with just few KM away from sky avenues. The rooms are spacious and hotel staffs are friendly and nice. One comment is about The unpleasant odor once we entered into the room and toilet which we suspected it was caused by drainage pipes. I urge the hotel ok into this as many others also commented the same. Other than that, all others are excellent.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated the convenient location and the delicious breakfast. I’ll definitely be returning!

Room had a stench when we first entered, we had to open the balcony door wide to air it out. There were many drawers but they were all empty, not a single cutlery to be found. We called the receptionist to ask for 2 sets of cutleries and 2 bottles of drinking water, it took them 20 minutes to only bring us the cutleries without the water. We requested for it again and they still did not come so we just gave up. However, the lady at the spa was kind enough to help refill our own water bottle from the water dispenser at the spa. Kudos to the amazing spa lady! Also, the lifts are on a weird system that always leave us very confused. We had no idea how to get to the rooftop via the lifts, ended up just going for the hotel breakfast at 7am. The sunrise view was mesmerizing. Was quite disappointed at this stay overall because it is supposed to be a 5 stars hotel. Still has lots of room for improvement!

Nice View and great Location. Good Hotel transportation arrangement and easy to access to Main Terminal and Attractions. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of choices.
