The location is perfect and easy to find, just right next to the station. The hotel is old but the room was clean and contains all that you will need.

Very close to train station. Convinient to move around. Will stay here again when I have a chance to visit Geneva.

Fantastic accessible location, super convenient to travel to anywhere in Geneva or by train to other cities as it’s just behind main train station. decent size room for 1 pax and reasonably priced Hotel give free Geneva travel pass

Location is good - just near train station and walking distance to lake and old town.. I stayed a studio with kitchen. Studio is located at another building from main hotel entrance..so, I could not check hotel service..it’s isolation. It’s so old room with NO RENOVATION.. It needs all changing. Example, bed, shower room , toilet, kitchen painting…everything. If you wants to clean and well- designed room, I don’t want to recommend you

This hotel is just a few steps away from the entrance of the Geneva main train station. So, it’s very convenient to take the train. Besides, there are many restaurants and shops inside the main train stations and around nearby areas, and there are also many bus routes and taxi stopping by the train stations. So, the guest can easily find the dining and shopping venues.

Decent hotel located right next to the train station, which makes it really convenient for a stopover in Geneva. The rooms are very small for the price.

Reception counter that Mr. Emill is a super nice and polite gentleman.

It was a nice place to be staying, right beside the train station and the service was top notch. Room was really clean and nice.

I would say the cleaning is not up to scratch, my blind broke and told the cleaning team but they never came back so could never shut the blind. So always up early.. You will be by the station so lots of noise outside, some of the staff were good. The night staff guy seems nice. Breakfast is always the same every day no changes. No warm bread or a toasater .

The receptionist Alan was very helpful. He went above and beyond to cater all our needs. Just impeccable service from the staff especially from Alan and the location was very convenient.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Loved the location and the people were nice too. An only minor issue I faced was on the last day I was trying to control the AC but i was not allowed to decrease the level as it’s centralised. Although it was working I was a bit hot and uncomfortable
