Location is no. 1 here. Tram and the hotel front door. Easy work to the Geneva water jeb.

Great hotel very close to train station, staff are lovely especially Joao the concierge gentleman. Rooms are clean and spacious and comfortable with fridge and spotlessly clean facilities plus kettle. Right next door to Lidl super market so very handy, close to buses to travel to chamonix etc and very short walk to Geneva lake. Wonderful

Very good. The front desk lady was very nice and had given me a free upgrade. Conveniently located and beautifully designed. Close to the tram station as well and has a lidl nearby. Historical, classy, clean. Would recommend to people who visits Geneva, prefers location close to the station and is on a budget yet wants a quality choice. The staff was also very considerate. The only misgiving i had was regarding the restaurant (le bistro) downstairs. It was after hours (ie in the afternoon where no patrons were having lunch), but the staff, esp the chef, was not very polite to the guests. Apparently he had some misgivings to potential customers or preferred to let people feel unwelcomed, one can only guess. But i suppose they are quasi-independent from the hotel, so that was that.

Had a fantastic stay at the Royal Manotel, would definitely recommend. The staff and all amenities were amazing.

good location

A solid hotel conveniently located near the train station and a short walk to shops and food. The transport pass was a plus - and we used it to see CERN and Old Town.

This looks like a luxurious hotel, but the check-in at the front desk is very slow. The location of the hotel is quite convenient, and there are supermarkets nearby. The hotel's bedding is also very comfortable. Although it is close to the station, there is no noise. The room size is also large, which is suitable for the family.

Not too close to station but have mini convenient store opposite side

Great spot, found it ok. Friendly staff, English spoken if required. The room was good, clean and plenty of space.
