Great adult-free placeclose to Vienna. Quiet and charming. Nice food and helpful staff. Great spa and beautiful sun terrace. Book directly on their website to enjoy the spa area till 6pm on your departure day.

Ok hotel with decent sized room and nice shower, no coffee in room but decent one in lobby. Nice pool indoor, warm and was hardly anybody there so great to relax. Not bad breakfast with even fresh orange juice and good choice of cold and warm choices. Dinner was buffet and was not bad. Overall is little out of date and could get some improvements.

We were very disappointed and checked out after 2 nights, rather than stay the 5 nights I had booked. The room was incredibly hot, the aircon cannot be switched on unless the outside temperature is 24 degrees Celsius. It was impossible to keep the windows open, as our junior suite was right above the pool and bar area (even though the hotel was not busy!). There was no room service, no fresh towels. The dinner was all from the buffet (including the mains!). They ran out of the fish option on the second night and did not replace it, so I had to go for the vegan option. One of the bathrobes we were provided was missing one of the belt loops. It appears that there is not enough staff, the male "waiter" attending to breakfast was rude to the point of being ridiculous. Then the manager came in with two people interested in staging an event and had the discussions right next to our table, even though the entire room was empty. We were literally the only people having breakfast in that room. I have been to multiple spa hotels in Austria and was generally always very happy, this place cannot compete in my view. However, the bar manager Eve is really amazing, and the waiter at dinner was also really lovely. For these two people, I give this place 2 stars rather than 1 star.

The place is amazing, the food is really good, the bed is really comfortable...but the room is too hot, the air conditioner doesn't work properly, the room service is weak. They don't offer free water into the room and I went to the spa three time trying to schedule a massage and there was anyone to give me information.

The hotel is well located close to Vienna. We went as a couple / young parents to have relaxing time together. The Spa area is great, very calm, with always some drinks available (water, tea, sirup). Rooms are large, confortable bed, and both shower and bath ! Good food and service too.

Der Aufenthalt im Resort Schlosspark Mauerbach hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Lage ist traumhaft und ruhig. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war wunderschön. Frühstücks und Abendbuffet waren reichhaltig und sehr gut.
