We stayed here one night on our recent tour of Germany Austria and Switzerland. The room was very clean, comfortable. The only negative was we were on the train side so we couldn’t open our windows as a train went by every 10 minutes or so and it was very noisy! But with the windows closed we didn’t hear it. Kudos to the staff preparing food. Our dinner was one of the best we had on our trip. So many selections, it was great. Breakfast was really good too, with lots of variety. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.

You can’t go wrong at this family owned and run hotel. The rooms are attractive snd have luxury linens and bedding. Fabulous breakfast buffet with a Candy buffet!! Great veggies and even salmon. Lovely jams and hearty breads. Sweet staff willing to help with anything! They are right in the train line so you can jump back to Innsbruck easily and inexpensively.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for two nights and enjoyed every aspect of my stay. The hotel is modern, attractive and very clean. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. And the breakfast buffet! Aaah!!! It was outstanding! There were so many amazing, fresh and delicious choices!!! I❤️breakfast buffets and this one was a standout! But the best part of my stay was the people! We were warmly welcomed and consistently well-cared for throughout our stay; and I appreciated this so much. It’s hard to find such genuinely great customer service as Hotel Edelmann’s offers! This hotel sets the bar high!

The Edelmann family made this the best hotel experience my family has ever had. Their hospitality and personal touch made this hotel feel like a cozy Bed and Breakfast with all of the amenities of larger hotel. The rooms were comfortable and extremely clean. Additionally, this hotel has excellent parking on ground level, something that is rare in Europe. I highly recommend staying here for anyone traveling near Innsbruck.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour. Although we were disappointed with the location outside of Innsbruck I have to say this was a lovely new hotel. It was family owned and run and They could not have been anymore accommodating to our group. I appreciated that very much! Anything you asked for they did. There were so many nice touches at this hotel. The restaurant and bar was very stylish and a nice outdoor patio. Breakfast was very good. Rooms clean and quiet. The only negative was the location and walk to catch the train.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet, auch die Zimmer und Betten sind schön. Was wirklich sehr störend war, der Krach im Flur durch das Housekeeping. Lautes Schreien und Geplapper schon morgens früh, also nichts mit Ausschlafen bis 08:00. Unser Zimmer wurden allerdings nicht gereinigt, da wir zu dem Zeitpunkt (16:30 Uhr Nachmittags) kurz zum Frischmachen im Zimmer waren, dafür wurden wir am Abreisetag auch schon um 07:30 geweckt durch einen Besuch bei uns um zu schauen ob wir schon weg sind, wir haben natürlich noch geschlafen. Anscheinend ist das Schuld der Fremdfirma die das macht. Blöde Ausrede, fällt trotzdem aufs Hotel zurück!

Ein wirklich tolles, sehr stylishes Hotel! Die Lage selbst ist zwar eher im Industriegebiet, jedoch ist man sehr schnell z.B. in Innsbruck oder umliegenden Orten. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Zimmer sind top! Die Inhaberin ist super sympathisch und aufmerksam!

Hotel fantastico, pulito stanza grande letto king, bagno perfetto e ciliegina sulla torta la direttrice Signora Carmen, una persona veramente speciale, educata, efficente e disponibile al massimo! Torneremo anche per rivederla!! Consigliato alla grande
