For shared use: large, well-kept garden with lawn and plants. Private: table tennis. In the house: infrared sauna, table football, trampoline, storage room for skis, bicycles available. Bread roll service. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Landl bei Gröbming" 3 m, railway station "Stein an der Enns" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 20 km. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, tennis 1.5 km, mountain railway 14 km, ski lift 11 km, cross country ski track 100 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. "Reinbacher", 4-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and rustic furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the garden. 1 small room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table and dining nook. Sep. WC. The house is located off the main road, in a quiet environment, spacious rooms, well-equipped, well-maintained, nice sitting on the terrace with a view of the mountains, a large enough garden.
